I believe I found it on Google Images, not 100% sure since it's been a while since I found it. It's a picture of the character Serpentina from X-Men 2099.

Background: The man known as Mr. Anonymous is a complete mystery to members of the law enforcement community, which he has worked quite hard to achieve. What is known is that he uses an impressive technological advanced suit to aid him in his criminal endeavors, which he typically prefers to be in the realm of corporate espionage and blackmail schemes; situations where his suit’s ability to allow him to disguise himself is the most useful.

It was while in one of his blackmail schemes that Mr. Anonymous ran afoul of Argus, and while the heroic vigilante managed to save the man being blackmailed Mr. Anonymous escaped. It has been several years since that first meeting the pair have face one another several times, but to date Mr. Anonymous has continued to retain his freedom despite Argus’ efforts to capture him.

Background: Lucas Gilmore was a graduate student that worked as a research assistant on a project that was attempting to replicate Alpha abilities with technology, his group was working on an armored suit that would enable the wearer to move at superhuman speeds. Seeing what the armor could give him, Lucas wanted the device for his own and slowed his own work on the neural interface of the armor that would allow the wearer to safely use it. During his off hours however, he quickly built the interface and secretly tested it. Once he was certain that the armor was safe to use, Lucas staged a robbery and destroyed the lab making it look like someone had tried to steal the armor and accidentally destroyed it.

After secretly practicing with the armor for a few weeks until he was comfortable with it, Lucas made his debut as the super villain Roadkill. For the past few years, he has managed to build himself a decent nest egg of money and he is debating about “retiring” from his costumed identity and perhaps finding a replacement to train. That way he could get a respectable split of the new Roadkill’s profits as a “tech support fee” but have an extra layer or two of separation from the crimes of his replacement.

Vanguard Tower:

Constructed by the American military, Vanguard Tower caters to the needs of the Vanguard teams (as there are two towers, one in New York and the other in Capital City), in addition to providing housing for the support staff (which is a handful of C.A.S.T.L.E. operatives that handle things like maintenance, communications, medical care as well as Motherboard [who prefers to stay in New York] and Offramp [who likes bouncing between the two locations, and thus has full rooms in both]). Overall, the towers serve as a place to plan and strategize and a home for Vanguard members when they needed it.

Background: Jackson “Jack” Diamond, the son of scientist Lawrence Diamond, was trained by a team of experts of various fields of interest under the guidance of his father. Dr. Diamond's goal was to train Jack, physically and mentally, to become the perfect human specimen. It helped a great deal that Jack possessed a photographic memory – always remembering anything he has seen, heard, or experienced and is able to perfectly recall those memories in great detail. As a result of the years of study and training Jack became an expert in various fields of science as well as a highly skilled martial artist, in addition to possessing a variety of other skills that would allow him to act as an adventurer, detective, inventor, explorer, and researcher.

It did not take long for those skills to take him all over the world; Central America, the Arctic Circle, the Philippines, the Sahara Desert, Arabia, the Canadian forest, Chile, Alaska, Tibet, China, the Caribbean, and South America to name some of the places he went to. Oftentimes these journeys were at the behest of the American Government where Jack found himself at odds with agents of various foreign countries. During his travels, Jack built a fortune – in addition to payments from the government there were gems he collected from a “lost mine” and gold he gathered from a “secret city”, which he used to fund the licensing of his patents and discoveries. He also used to those funds to create a foundation, that he named Impossible, Inc. that he would use to support several environmental protection causes, give donations to organizations that gave humanitarian aid to third world countries, and finance independent exploration and research projects.

When the American Government founded the original Vanguard, Jack was recruited to act as the field leader due to his experience in dealing with strange and unusual phenomena in addition to his impressive intelligence. While he greatly enjoyed the fellowship he found as part of the group, but Jack continued to adventure on his own, driven by his various intellectual interests. Despite all of his globetrotting Jack found time to settle down (or as much as a man like he could), marrying Diane Pennsworth; who at first was Jack’s laboratory assistant, maintaining his experiments while he was off on an adventure, eventually becoming his wife once Jack realized what he had right in front of him. Together they had two children, Ulysses and Amelia, each possessing aspects of their parent’s intellect and their father’s determination as they both became respected scientists in their own right. Unfortunately, Diane did not live to see this as she succumbed to cancer despite her husband’s effort to devise a cure and he buried himself in various projects, including his work with the Vanguard, while raising his children.

It was a few years later when Jack found the hidden country of Bengali and met the priestess Kamaria, who would eventually become his second wife. Unlike his first wife, Kamaria would accompany Jack on many of his adventures and her knowledge of magic would be proven useful in many of the situations they found themselves in. For years the pair shared a number of adventures (as part of the Vanguard and on their own), as well as having two children of their own while raising Jack's children from his first marriage, until Kamaria sacrificed herself to stop one of El Conquistador’s plots of world conquest.

Emotionally shattered by the loss, Jack retired from the Vanguard and focused on raising his children while working on various scientific endeavors over the following decades and taking a stronger leadership role in the operations of Impossible, Inc. When the corrupt wizard Ahriman was escaped from the mystical prison he had been locked away in by the Magi centuries previous, Jack was among the retired members of the Vanguard to return to active duty to help the current team deal with the threat. While the assemblage of heroes was eventually successful in defeating Ahriman and his minions, the cost was extremely high as the majority of group was killed, with Jack amongst them. Being the practical man that he was, Jack had already taken steps to ensure that his family was taken care of, and that both Impossible, Inc. and the Vanguard would be able to continue on.

Background: The second wife of Doc Diamond, Kamaria met her future husband when he was exploring in the jungles of Africa and discovered the city of Benkali and was captured by the city’s guard. The lead priest decided that Diamond and his companions were to be sacrificed to the people’s God for “invading” Benkali. However, Kamaria snuck to the dungeon where Doc and his friends were being held, as she had reservations about their fate, and after a quick talk with him decided they needed her help to escape.

Luckily for them Kamaria was a high-ranking member of the holy order, specifically the bearer of the Jicho La Jua (The Eye Of The Sun); a holy item of the people, and using its unique abilities she freed Doc and his allies then aided them in fighting off the city’s guards as they escaped. Exiled from Benkali, Kamaria was taken in by Doc, in thanks for her help but also because the two had a growing attraction to one another that soon fully manifested as love.

The two married within the following year and she quickly became pregnant with their first child (Cayce) who was soon followed by their second child (Kennedy). For years the pair happily shared a number of adventures, on their own and working with the Vanguard, until Kamaria died stopping one of El Conquistador’s plots of world conquest.

Background: The daughter of Doc Diamond's eldest son, Ulysses, Athena "Thea" Diamond first exhibited her powers at the age of six, flying across the room to get a snack for herself from a cabinet. Luckily for all, she was a responsible child and took the talk her parents had with her seriously. Then puberty hit and Thea turned into a painfully gawky, clumsy girl who was all legs and elbows but somehow always managed to walk away from this accident or that fall without a scratch on her. She was always among the fastest and strongest in gym class, which made Thea suspect that her powers might be more than simple flight; which, given her grandfather and father's exposure to various forms of exotic energies and self-experimentation over the course of their heroic careers wasn't a huge leap of logic.

Thea worked up her courage and began experimenting on her own in secret. At first, she started using her grandfather’s old weight set and within a week she could lift as many weights as she could pile on. Then she “accidently” fell off the roof of a friend's house and nothing happened, not a broken bone or even a bruise of any kind. A month later she held her hand over the open flames of the family’s gas stove and still nothing. Thea could feel the heat of the flame, so she knew it was hot, but it didn’t burn her. She kept these discoveries to herself but continued her experiments.

By the time she was a sophomore in high school Thea could lift about a ton (as near as she could figure) and had never suffered a wound from anything she’d tried to hurt herself with. However, it seemed that her powers had reached a plateau and she was content with living her life normally (or as normally as she could given her family). Then while on a field trip to the Museum of Natural History in New York, Thea and her class were held hostage by the Mister Mob as Mr. Menagerie wanted to expand his stash of animal samples.

Luckily, members of the Vanguard quickly arrived at the scene, and they attempted to stop the robbery. During the conflict Mr. Twister was responsible for keeping the hostages under control but when things began turning against the criminals, he decided to use one of them as a human shield. Unfortunately for him, Mr. Twister picked Thea and she wasted no time in showing him what a bad mistake he'd made and left him knocked out on the floor then led her classmates to safety. In the aftermath Thea disclosed her powers to the Vanguard members as well as who exactly she was. A few days later she was transferred to the Vanguard Academy where she took the codename Lockheed, her father's favorite jet.

Now a senior, Thea is considering trying to join the Vanguard, but is afraid they'd admit her based more on her family legacy than her own merits. She has been debating about talking with her cousins about forming a team of their own, once they've all graduated that is. It's not like they have to work normal jobs if they don't want to with how their grandfather set up trusts for them.

Background: Growing up, Adrian Witter’s parents were frequently absent for weeks at a time as they traveled around the country supporting various philanthropic causes through their nonprofit foundation which left Adrian with relatively little adult supervision aside from the family butler Thaddeus Bannon, who acted as his legal guardian during his parent’s absences.

By the time Adrian was thirteen, he was attending a private boarding school when his Alpha abilities began to slowly manifest. It wasn’t until he was fifteen that he realized what was happening and began a more intensive physical training program to maximize his physical abilities while driving himself scholastically to do the same with his mental abilities. The following year Adrian started donning a home-made costume and investigating local crimes, secretly helping the local police close numerous cases. These actions brought Adrian to the attention of the Vanguard Academy and soon a recruiter was sent to visit him and two weeks later Adrian arrived at the school ready to begin the next chapter of his life.

In the time since, Adrian has learned a great deal and inspired partly by Doc Diamond, he has decided to use not only his powers to help others but his social status and is considering revealing his heroic identity upon his graduation that way he can be a positive example of Alphas.

Background: Jerome "Jerry" Harolds discovered his powers at a younger than average age compared to most Alphas, and combined with his sense of humor he quickly became a notorious prankster.

Somehow Jerry kept his powers a secret until he was in high school when he stumbled across a break-in at the school's science lab while there to set up another (according to him) awesome prank. Keeping his wits and using his creative applications of his powers Jerry captured all of the would be crooks and left them wrapped up with a literal bow for the police he anonymously contacted afterwards.

Soon a few of the students of the Vanguard Academy, accompanied by a teacher, arrived in town, and quickly figured out Jerry's secret (after falling victim to several of his pranks). While Jerry had a very solid understanding and control of his powers, he needed a bit of work in the responsible use of them. It took a bit of work but the students were able to convince Jerry to come to the Academy (basically, Blaze and Scrap agreed to go on a double date with him - as in the two of them and just him). Never one to pass up a chance at a good time, Jerry agreed. Now, several years later he wonders if he made the right choice but is sure that he'll do well enough in the Senior Exam to gain membership in the Vanguard.

Background: Kyle Walsh loved cars from the moment he first saw one and as a teenager he became a skilled mechanic with dreams of opening up a garage of his own eventually. Then life threw an unexpected curve at him - Kyle was driving to work early in the morning when a big tanker truck came speeding from the other direction, wrecking into Kyle. Because of the crash the truck’s payload (an experimental jet fuel) soaked Kyle as he was trapped in his car due to the damages done. Kyle choked for air as he struggled to free himself then suddenly, he was sitting on the ground next to his car. Before he could puzzle out what had just happened Kyle noticed the truck’s electrical system sparking near its damaged fuel tank.

In slow motion (at least from Kyle’s perspective that is) a ball of fire began to blossom from the tanker truck. Kyle immediately rose to his feet and began running as fast as he could, but something was wrong…..things looked weird as he ran, and when he stopped Kyle discovered that he was far away from the crash as the blast cloud rose into the sky and the dull boom of the explosion caught up with him. As fate would have it members of the Vanguard were nearby doing teamwork/survival exercises and heard the explosion and came to investigate, and soon Kyle was going to the Vanguard Academy. At this point Kyle is a member of Alpha Class and has an excellent amount of control over his powers and is working to improve his teamworking skills as his speed allows him to back up his teammates wherever they are on the battlefield.

Background: Casey Williams always seemed to have a chip on his shoulder, ready to lash out at those around him. He had a temper and was easily annoyed by what he viewed as the stupidity of his peers. Then he manifested the ability to generate explosions of energy at will. Needless to say, he quickly came to the attention of the Vanguard Academy and was quickly enrolled.

Part of Casey’s problem is that from a young age he has known that his never present father, Nate Roberts, was better known to the public as the supervillain Grenadier and had likely passed his powers to him. Don't misunderstand, Casey has no intention of following in his father's footsteps; the truth is he wants to be a hero so he can one day face off against his father and force him to retire from his life of crime. Because of that goal, Casey has spent countless hours working a strict regime of physical exercise and training with his powers, almost obsessively so, to prepare himself for that fight that will happen eventually.
