As Martian Man enters the plane, Eagleman hears parts of the vehicle creak alarmingly despite Martian Man entering using his flight. His first glance over the plane doesn't bode well. While the plane is apparently made of sturdier stuff than it looks, it's more or less just wedged into place, and he can see where the hospital walls are starting to bend under the weight of the plane and its contents, and one of the wings is noticeably bent, and might be gradually bending more. It's going to take some considerably finesse to either lower to the ground, or two lift to the top of one of the towers.
As Martian Man floats into the flame, he can feel the heat of the fire as it crackles and pops, consuming something in the substance of the vehicle, although fortunately he doesn't have to get close enough that it starts to damage him. He's also mildly grateful for not having to breathe oxygen as he proceeds through a thick cloud of smoke, although a tingle on the back of his throat suggests that the chemicals being released by the combustion won't be good for the health long-term. Shortly after getting past the obscuring smoke, he finds himself in what looks analagous to a cockpit, with a man in vaguely roman garb, complete with armored skirt and helmet currently held in layers of nets that look like they're made from translucent plastic. He's groaning within the nets, and looks only semi-conscious. Surrounding him, holding guns that have ropes that currently attach to the nets, are five men in silvery blue power armor that completely covers their body. One of them, with red highlights on his shoulders, looks up and points at you.
"Hero!" he says in a voice obviously run through a voice modulator, "Take him down before he can cause any trouble!" All five men detach the current net on their gun and begin raising the barrels...
Meanwhile, as Streetside barrels into the hospital, and heads for the stairs, he finds himself starting to remember some of the drawbacks to this form. The tiles beneath his feet begin to crack as he puts nearly a ton of weight on each foot, the damage even worse due to his need to hurry. The stairwheel door bends under his push, and the stairwell creaks alarmingly as he begins to ascend, knowing it's going to take him a bit of time to get up as high as the plane was.
On the street, Arcanum sees a large man made of concrete, who he's pretty sure is named Streetside, enter the hospital at a run. High in the air, at least ten stories up, he sees the tiny form of a winged man starting to brace himself under the trapped aircraft and push up with his flight... it's hard to see much more through the driving rain.

Martian Man, you spot five people inside the craft. They roll a
22 (!) for their initiative. Please roll yours.
As regards Streetside, technically, 150 feet, even with Athletics, will take you a little over 2 rounds so you're going to be getting into combat a bit late. Sorry, but he was built as a bit of a low mobility character.
Lastly, I'm just getting Arcanum at the base of the hospital as the others are headed up.
