I'd guess so given that we could only teleport into the weak spots in the first place...

As an alternate array selection, in case pure Quickness is not appropriate for evacuation use:

-Impractical Physics: Enhanced Advantage 1 (Hide in plain sight); (1pp)
-Run, Run, Away: Enhanced Speed +6 (7 total, 8 with Athletics auto-success; 1 mile/move, 500 mph), Enhanced Dodge +4, Immunity 1 (friction heat); Movement 2 (Wall-crawling 2, limited); (6+4+1+2= 13pp)
-Gotta Catch 'Em All: Enhanced Quickness +6 (7 total; 4 minutes/1 second, free action; 15 minutes/6 second round); Enhanced Advantage 1 (Fast grab), Senses 4 (Rapid 2, x100, for normal vision, normal touch); Enhanced STR (Normal STR 2 gains Area 2/ Burst 2/60ft; +Selective area, -Limited: low ceiling/ must be able to reach targets, +Feat: Precise, +Feat: Subtle 1/ rapid senses): (6+1+4+6= 17pp)
-(1+13+17= 31pp assigned, of 31 available)

Your quickness should do the trick just fine! You'll have enough time to get all the cities out, so feel free to pull your quip.

Warlock didn't need his Hedge Magic to keep the portal open?

Regardless of portals open or close, combat's over before it can really begin. Excellent plan of attack and execution, and my own rolls just couldn't match up.

Seeing as both Exemplar and Operative have Teleport with Increased Mass sufficient to take at least one person along with them (each), I just went for the standard Teleport and used Hedge Magic to boost the Mass I could Teleport with me (just to make sure I could take everyone Exemplar and Operative couldn't). No Portal extra necessary. And once we were inside the bank, I didn't really need the Teleport power active, much less the Hedge Magic boosting the Mass I could bring along.

Are you Ok to change the description of Exemplar's mental attack? I was intending for it to be a painless 'turning their brain off' kind of thing rather than enough pain to KO them...

Switch things around so it's more dizziness and a blacking out vision? Unless the power was insidious, in which case they wouldn't notice at all.

And your point is? :)

Initiative: 1D20+10 = [7]+10 = 17

The point is you've handily dealt with these bad guys, well done! Smiles all around. Maybe locate the others?

Sounds good to me! But no, not Insidious, just Subtle - 1, so can only be picked up by mental powers...

Remember, subtle means people can't notice you using it, and insidious means the victim dosnt notice what's happening to them. Key differences!

I'll adjust my post to fit your descriptor.

Edit: Done and done!
