Fair enough!

How about a power stunt of Mind Reading to give it selective burst area? So read the minds of all the criminals at once?

That's more in line with things, though something like that might neccisate a Feedback or a Side-effect flaw. A potta junk data all at once flowing straight into one's noggin'.

Fair enough! I'll think about it if it looks like it might be necessary....

>Just double-checking:

-1. So, we teleportED in, not teleportAL, right? No quick escape hatch hanging in the air behind us?

-2. What can we see from where we are now? Can we see the hostages at all, or any robbers?

-3. Since I was MIA for this part, can I use my PP to add an Array slot (a Snare, basically wrapped up in duct tape)?

>Wrap It Up:
Spoiler
8. Wrap It Up: (AE, Dynamic; 27pp max; +2pp/ DAE)
-Affliction 8, +Cumulative (Snare)
-Alternate resistance (Dodge; STR/ Sleight of hand)
-Extra condition
-Limited degree
+Accurate x2 (+4= 10 total); (2pp)
+Improved Advantage 1: Improved critical x1 (Wrap It Up); (1pp)
-Resist= Dodge (DC 18)
-Recover= STR (or damage), or Sleight of hand (DC 18)
-Hindered +vulnerable; Immobile +defenseless)
(Stunt a burst area/Selective, non-cumulative version, DC 7)

ED, yes. You're cut off in the belly of the beast for the moment.

You're behind the main teller desks right now, you can't see anyone yet unless you look up and over. You can hear people softly talking as the robbers argue, likely the hostages.

Yes, I'll allow it. How does it work visually?

Think that's the wrong clip, but I can picture it well enough. All well and good then

Clip should be fixed- stupid Youtube autoplay.

Hellcat definitely owes some inspiration from that version of Quicksilver (also the "Quicksilver Saves Everyone" clip)

Love the Quicksilver parts! I take it you mean the visual of the guy at 2:16 of that clip?

Yeah, good stuff. I've not seen the latter X-Men movies, but Quicksilver seems great.

Warlock can probably open his portal from the inside as easily as he could have from the outside provided he was in one of weak spots.

So I had kind of a silly idea:

Would it be possible, as a power stunt with her temporal distortion, to alter someone's perception of the rate at which time is passing? Not actual time, like slowing down actions or initiative, just the sense of how much time has passed (like that feeling where the last few minutes of work seem to take hours)? That is, to take our impatient robber, who is already concerned about how long things are taking, and make it seem to her as if it has been much longer (until she checks her watch)...

Not sure what this would accomplish, other than making her snap and do something crazy (since it seems like she is on the edge of that anyway)- but would this be something which is POSSIBLE? And if so, how would I model that- a specialized Illusion effect maybe? Some kind of ultra-specific Mind Control?

That actually sounds quite clever, using the weirder aspects of her powers to do something new. Though be cautious when it comes to a criminal 'snapping' around hostages.
