Honestly?

I see it pretty straightforward - roll an attack check to hit. But to be fair you'd have to roll against fall Damage which in this case would be a Toughness DC 16,

As for wreckage, yep lots. Most of it is chunk pieces of the roof, I'd compare sizewise to a volleyball at largest. If you want you could grab a broken limb of the Excelsior to use like a flail-type weapon.

You know, I her I could reasonably add a form of temporarily healing to her powerset later. Pseudo hypnosis to convince someone they're fine even when they're not. We've got Max on the team as the specialist, but more healing is never bad.

Yeah, power stunting a Healing spell wouldn't be out of line for Dennis, but I don't want to get too crazy with the "magic can do anything" trope.
