Yeah, my suggestion would be to make the other two powers dynamic.

His regular flight and then an affect others flight as a dynamic effect? Why would you build it that way, exactly?

If you have Dynamic on Flight and TK, then you could use TK to carry others while you fly.

I already have a dynamic TK, though it's single object only. An "Affects others flight" would essentially be the same exact set up you described. The ability affects yourself and any number of others provided you spend a standard to touch and activate it on them. If I were to instead take up an a perception area TK, I could probably do the same thing though I would need to direct their movements myself rather than those affect controlling their psionically granted flight.

There's an upside to the latter option too, I suppose, in that I could have an AoE effect to use on enemies as well. It'd require me to hold off until the next PP to obtain though, and the DC would probably be kinda ass.

I have to double check, but I am pretty sure Affects Others is both Close Range and only affects a single target at base. I don't have a book in front of me, so I could be misremembering.

It is close range, it is not limited to one person.
This extra allows you to give someone else use of a per-
sonal effect. You must touch the subject as a standard
action, and they have control over their use of the effect,
although you can withdraw it when you wish as a free ac-
tion. If you are unable to maintain the effect, it stops work-
ing, even if someone else is using it. Both you and your
subject(s) can use the effect simultaneously.
If the effect Affects Only Others, and not you, it has a net
modifier of +0.

I would not interpret it that way, but I am not running this game.

Drop Continuous. This clashes thematically and mechanically with Concentration. You are going to need one of the Area Extras if you want to affect multiple people at once. I suggest Shapable.

I'm not going to allow something like that.

DIdn't think you would, which is another reason why I wasn't planning on doing that.

I've made the change you requested. Should be good to go now.

That is two degrees of failure on the Treatment check. Do you want to use a HP to reroll?

It's probably not feasible for me to give him one here, huh?

Doctor Malsyn, does the Mind make a practice of communing the thoughts of it's companions to sustain itself? Initially it had Ornks to feed from. At the ruins it doesn't have any worthwhile options other than the PCs. The unintelligent Creations (Thorn Baton, Living Tool, doors, etc.) aren't sustaining and it is dangerous to touch D'Tan's thoughts when he isn't intentionally projecting something.

The Mind will only do so if permitted (by both shaper and Creature), as it quite literally consumes their thoughts. It had a slight 'meal' earlier with the Fyora, though it likely wasn't the most fulfilling.

Description
Chips is a five-foot tall, matte grey humanoid with minimal facial features. In a relaxed state, his skin is perfectly smooth and occasionally in motion independent of the body's movements. When in a situation he deems dangerous, his skin gets firm and texturized, like rubber. When forming a tool or blade, his skin of his hand turns liquid and then forms the tool in place of his hand. For larger items, liquid skin from his body and limbs will flow to his hand to make up the piece.

Chips is intrigued by all things mechanical. He is designed to see patterns in things that allow him to identify traps. It also allows him to identify a mechanism and how the mechanism should function properly. He regularly looks for ways to help Shaper D'Tan with some mechanical apparatus.
