I want a minimum of Concealment 5 (all visual senses and normal sound). I think I can do that, unless you tell me otherwise.
Cost should be 2/rank + 1 (precise) -1/rank (resistable) = 10 + 1 - 5 = 6 points
Which should let me have Flight 3 (16mph or 250ft/move), which is 2/rank = 6 points.
Guess I'll also use Density Decrease instead of Density Increase for now. Will make it even harder to know they are there.
