Here are two, one from the Pulp era, another from the whimsical Silver Age: Two-Fisted Battler of the Occult (think G-8 of the Battle Aces, Lobster Johnson from the Hellboy books, orBrendan Frasier’s character in the Mummy movies); and Candy-Themed Gimmick Gal (one of those deliberately silly motif characters, using a plethora of gadgets).

For requests, how about a Gambit/Rex Splode type? Supercharging objects and throwing them for big damage?
