Elizabeth will rest, then proceed to conduct the ritual creation of the teleport-foci. There's no reason that should interfere with Cody and Bulwark's actions.

With two days remaining, I have these activities on the first day:
Bulwark - headed to New Orleans to speak with police captain and possibly check out museum.
Cody - review video footage and follow up on any leads he can find
Madame Macabre - build the object to add Increased Mass on her Teleport
Kodiak and Silver Phoenix - stakeout museums

Given what Cody knows, how much of a threat does he think each of the possible groups would be? The cyborgs probably not too much, but not sure on the others and don't want to meta game Cody's knowledge.

The cyborg by himself isn't very dangerous, it depends on who he might be controlling at the outset.
Leeroy is strong enough to throw a car, but not far. He is bulletproof, but far from invulnerable.
Volt and Viber are more than a match for civilian police, and even some old AEGIS MAX armor. They use teamwork fairly well and shouldn't be underestimated.

I'll hold for a spell to sync up Cody's stuff with the others. Since presumably he is a few hours alteast ahead of the others.

Do you want a post for Elizabeth undertaking the ritual to create the magic foci for her transportation spell or would you prefer to just assume that she will be staking out the first museum? Will Elizabeth be at the first museum there by herself?

Elizabeth has to take one of the two remaining days to enchant the amulet (or whatever device you feel fits the spell). I assumed it was the first day, but if you wanted it to be the second day, you are free to post for the first day.
Also, if you would like to write up the process of building out the amulet to enhance her teleport spell, feel free. If I really like it, I may reward you with an HP.
