Douglas Reach
HP: 0
CND: Fine

"Get down!"

... Douglas called out to noncombatants in the area as he gave chase. When he thought there was a good opportunity to take a shot at the fleeing masked criminal, the SWAT officer stopped, planted his feet in a bracing stance, then squeezed the trigger. A burst of bullet flew through the air after the other man. Then Douglas continued after him once more.

He is far too erratic in movement and your shot does not get near him. People are crouched down and running in any direction so long as it is away.. The gunshots just make them panic more.

@Brandon

Your true sight reveals people hiding..they don't seem like criminals, more like civilians keeping their head down.

@Douglas and Danni. Before you can react the bomber suddenly changes direction and moves back towards you and past. He delivers a short precise strike to your diaphragm Douglas as he moves past you. Could you make a DC 19 fortitude save please.

I am uncertain how to respond to the failure, as I do not know what kind of Condition is being applied.

The stunning blow hits a nerve cluster briefly overloading your body with sensation leaving you dazed and stunned for one turn.

@Conner The woman you are chasing turns to face you, drawing a tonfa and lashing out at you with it but misses.

@Conner. Your action..

Conner Flanagan
HP: 2
CND: Fine

Anticipating some sort of an attack, Conner dodges it falling back on his more animalistic like tendencies. "I know you'll probably file a complaint against me for this, but lets go.", says Conner doing what his dogs would say was alpha tactics of proving your worth as a fighter. He pulls his fist back and goes straight for a knock out blow.

Nice shot. You hit her and tealise she is wearing some sort of ballistic vest under her clothing. Although you manage to hit her the vest absorbs most of the blow.

@Danni your action.

Danni Morgan

"Hey!" Danni's shout was a hoarse bark, trying to draw the attacker's attention away from Douglas. Her rifle swung up smoothly, its simple sights moving into line- but this guy was moving too fast to really draw a bead on, even with her skills. There was no time to adjust...

But in that moment, she felt an increasingly familiar sense of calm- she didn't have no time, she had all the time in the world.

The muzzle swung around, into line. Finger on the trigger, squeezed not pulled.

Bang!

Douglas Reach
HP: 0
CND: Stunned

Douglas doubled over. The air knocked out of him and for a moment he couldn't properly draw air in. As soon as he could the officer let out a hoarse airy warning over the coms.

"Hostile heading back towards prison transport."

@Danni - nice shooting. Autofire? Lethal or non-lethal?

@Danni. You hit him in the head. Unfortunately he was moving and it is just a glancing blow. He is bleeding from a head wound and you staggering from the shot.

Brandon continues to secure the prisoners.

@Conner. The lady swings at you but clearly your animalistic figjting style is too unpredictable for her. She drops her Tonfa.

Your action.
