Wow I didn't realize we were on a SECOND run of "Ben as the Main Spider-Man". That makes like 4 active Spider-Men at Marvel nearly at once, lol.

Yup, although the "Corporate Spider-Man" arc that they have going will probably lead to some, at least temporary, name changes. I guess Otto trademarked the name Spider-Man while he was running Parker Industries as Peter and when it dissolved, The Beyond Corp bought the trademark so Ben is the only person that can "legally" use the name. Pete is out of commission and he has given Ben blessings (for now) to be the main Webhead. But apparently the Beyond Corp is planning to take legal action against Miles if he doesn't cease and desist. I don't know what that means for Miguel O'Hara (has he gone back to 2099?) and I think Kaine is good with his name.

I think they've been wanting to get Miles a new name anyway, so this is as good an excuse as any. In the Disney Jr. show Spidey and his Amazing Friends, it's kid versions of Pete, Gwen and Miles and Miles goes by Spin, which I kinda like. There's still an oversaturation of Spider People in Earth-616 no matter what the name.
