- Honor: Harry's the sort of person who will always spare the weak or innocent, though he regularly fails to see anything weak or innocent about Zordon's Power Rangers.
- Motivation: Persistence: No matter the boulders in his path, Harry will prevail in his goal of uniting the cosmos under a single comparatively just ruler, with that ruler being none other than himself.
- Quirk: Harry is certain that the history books will remember him fondly, no matter what crimes he has to commit in his rise to power. He is also blind to the evil actions of those cares about.
- Significant Other: Harry trusts Tamsin Oliver with his life, and she in turn trusts him with hers. The same cannot necessarily be said for his ancestor, Rita Repulsa, or her minions.
