Complications
- Conditional Ownership: Harry is nowhere near as wealthy on the surface world as he is within Atlantis, and is therefore treated as though he only has a single rank in the Benefit, Wealth advantage while on dry land instead of the five ranks he has while under the waves.
- Honor: Harry prefers to judge people based upon their actions, and not their words. Furthermore, when someone is in trouble, he is always ready to lend them a helping hand.
- Motivation: Justice: Harry firmly believes that tyrants must never be allowed to oppress the people, and therefore stands in direct opposition to Lord Voldemort and his minions, the Death Eaters.
- Power Loss: Harry must be able to make the appropriate gestures, and speak the relevant incantations, in order to cast his spells. This means that effects which deprive him of the ability to move or speak could cost him the ability to use his magic for however long they are in effect. Since he is an Atlantean, it is possible for Harry to speak the aforementioned incantations while he is submerged in a body of water.
- Responsibility: Harry feels it is his duty to protect those who are unable to protect themselves. He has also recently discovered that he is the Crown Prince of Atlantis, and thus responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of the people live below the waves.
- Weakness: Spending extended time away from water (about 24 hours) causes Harry to dehydrate and weaken, leading to a situation where he begins gaining levels of Fatigue as per the rules regarding Starvation & Thirst in the Deluxe Hero's Handbook on page 238.

Complications
- Fame: While not necessarily the most feared creature in the ocean, the Leviathan is probably the most famous due to the fact that it makes an appearance in the Biblical books of Psalms (74:14), Isaiah (27:1) and Job (41:1-34), and according to Job in particular, it is a creature without equal, though this is debatable in the present day and age.
- Monstrous: At 150 feet in length, the Leviathan is the world's longest snake, and is more than capable of sinking just about any ship to have ever sailed the seven seas. It is also one of the few sea serpents that can actually leave the ocean.
