There is nothing divine about him, to Lilly's senses, he is just an ordinary human. One who should probably go see a doctor. His heartbeat has a very slight irregularity to it.

Amy senses just a miniscule whiff of darkside about him, but that's unlikely to come from anything particularly nefarious. He's probably a small-time crook in Tüskel's employ, little more.

When she tries to see into his mind, she runs into a mental wall. There is something there, he is a sentient being, but someone - and apparently not he himself - put a mental block into his thoughts...most likely to keep people like Amy out.
You can try to force the issue, but there is a good chance he might notice.

The girl mentally pings Viv, Adeleth, Beowulf and tells Lilly verbally, making sure her back is turned to the man. "He's got a mental block on him, probably from that Tüskel guy. The Stoker types have mental powers if I remember correctly, right? In any case, if I push the issue, we might get noticed and I don't think we want that just yet. He's just got a touch of dark-side on him; more than likely he's just a small-time crook."

Viv looks at any pictures Amy or Lilly send over, and listens to any details they report. If they get a reasonably good face shot of the target, Viv will forward that to the Ministry, Interpol, and the local police to see if he is a known operator- local police seems most likely, since he appears to be small-time.

After a few minutes, she will reach out to Amy and Lilly. "If you have finished your fun, we should make an approach and see if I can warn this fellow off."

>OOC: How far away is this guy from Viv, Beowulf, and Adeleth? Walkable, or do we need to have Lilly do more teleport taxi?

"Perhaps, whatever a 'picnic' is," agrees Lilly. Once they are in a quiet spot outside the park, she teleports herself and Amy back to Viv and Adeleth. Though she is of course ready to teleport right back if they need to!

The girl chuckles and explains the basics of picnics, from simple sandwich affairs to full on grilling as well as the games you could play while doing it, depending on where the picnic was and finished with "Basically it's a meal outdoors with friends at it's basic level. Before, during and after you have fun."

Viv checked a local map against the reports Amy and Lilly had given- it looked like this guy was only a few minutes walk away. Excellent. He had seemed occupied enough that that wasn't likely to be enough time for him to wander off, but it would give a little extra time for her inquiries to percolate- perhaps she might have his name by the time she got to him.

"All right then, let's go rattle his cage, shall we? I'll approach and speak to him. Anyone else who wants to come along, please keep a watch out for any possible interruptions."

Adeleth will head out before Viv and off at an angle so unless they are already being observed it won't seem like she is with the others. She will walk past the target 100 ft or so and then circle back toward the group as Viv is arriving in speaking distance.
