I plugged everything in HeroLab and must have miscalculated my equipment points in the past as it came to 202pp, so I have added +1 to Will which is now 12 and 1 rank to Investigation (new total 14) and 1 rank to intimidation (new total 15).

Since I introduced it inadvertently, rather than trying to retroactively change anything or leave the idea hanging, I have adjusted the story so that going to Freedom City is worked into it now.

For Amethyst to use her suit in that way, she would have to leave it behind. She can't carry the suit with her thru the portal since it is forming the portal.

I don't recommend that option.

Gelert goes at 500mph, so it would take 5 hours. And if there is any issues, he couldn't use any powers as he would need to focus on maintaining the vehicle.

Moonlight would also be limited. She couldn't use any Earth based powers at all. If she is providing the air, she would be equally challenged if something came up.

Flying for 5 hours on Nightbird's bike at 500mph will leave both Nightbird and passenger Fatigued, and leave the bike unusable until someone with appropriate skills spends several hours repairing it. And the bike would need to be at lower altitudes, since it's not enclosed.
