Did HPs reset with the new scene or is this not considered a new scene?

Usually HP reset at session boundaries. How many sessions do you think this adventure would be at a table?

I've been at tables where we only reset HP at new adventure arc, not before each session.

It's fine. I'm just a HP should flow like water kind of GM so it's always a bit jarring.
