I'll allow you to give Foxy an assist, but I won't let those skills be used to do what SoH is specifically there for by themselves.
Understood, Phillip will contribute by 'checking' for Foxy's stuff. DC10 for +2 I think, if I make DC20+ then +5, IIRC.
Perception :
1d20+12 27
So, +5 to Foxy's already insane result.

Crazy numbers.
Hopefully I'll have something up by tonight, so we can finally flash forward to the meat of things. Took us a bit to get there.
Am I dead? Am I alive? The answer may surprise you!

Any other game? over ten. This game? Under five. Every time.
Foxy? Twenty.
Felix? One.

I enjoyed the hacking into the wrong network line.
Also remember 1s are not autofails in M&M.

They are not, but spoilers are, he definitely didn't beat the rival DC.
That was amusing though.
By the way, nice work with your post Jm. You can take a hero point as we move along.

Did HPs reset with the new scene or is this not considered a new scene?

Usually HP reset at session boundaries. How many sessions do you think this adventure would be at a table?

I've been at tables where we only reset HP at new adventure arc, not before each session.

It's fine. I'm just a HP should flow like water kind of GM so it's always a bit jarring.
