Felix Ian Xavier - Mr. FIX I.T.
Status: Normal, Fatigued, Staggered
HP: 2

Felix went through his life with a paranoid voice in the back of his head telling him that things were going to end badly. The car down the street was following him, hot beverages in plastic cups were going to kill him with cancer, his magic was going to go out of control and destroy everything he knew and loved, and that at any moment a meteor might strike the planet with enough speed and force to light the entire atmosphere on fire.

Every day he struggled with these invasive nagging thoughts. He struggled through it. He got by. Given time and concentration he could work past the nagging sense of doom that haunted him every step of the way. He was never afraid of anything because he was always afraid of everything.

There was only one thing left in the world that could shatter that control.

And as Felix looked around he felt his whole world shatter into pieces as he found himself surrounded.

By.

Bees.

He had died. And gone to hell.

A nearly inhuman shriek of terror tears from his throat as his staff shifts in his hands. A quarter of a second later he rockets into the air, clutching to the staff which is only half transformed into its hoverboard configuration, flying wildly in a panicked attempt to find a way out, and a terrified need to escape the bees.
OOC: Yeah, that sets off Felix's bee complication. Thankfully he can't actually find an exit right now or he'd be gone...
Normally Felix can move a mile as a move action, but hindered plus a -2 to movement rolls out to 900 feet.
Random Freakout direction: 1d21 18 1d31 10
That comes out to a starting direction of R 10.
I will leave it to the GM where he winds up after that.

Blind panic grips the technomage as the bees swarm harmlessly around him, and dnagerously around those near him. While the ghoulish woman seems to whether their stings with ease, Philip sports numerous stings across his body as they attack him mindlessly. The man who'd come up to get a hit in however finds himself engulfed in the tiny insets, and his screams echo throughout the warehouse walls in conjunction with Felix's own. Once the mage rockets away and the buzzing sweeps after him, an unconscious body is left behind in his wake.

Even with space being warped around him, the hover-staff proves to be an exceptionably agile form of transportation as he ping-pongs from one shelf to the next, whizzing past numerous flabbergasted mooks as he takes a spiraling journey into the upper rafters of the warehouse. Before slamming into the sky-lights, he makes a hard perpendicular turn downward, slamming face first into the glass windows of the attached managerial office. He slides several feet more, before slamming into the wall with a heavy thud as glass and debris sprinkles around him.

"The fuck?" He just barely hears from an adjoining hallway while struggling to gather his bearings again. While at the same time the magical bees begin to flow back into the amulet, the trinket loosing a hint of it's luster as the last one vanishes within. From this angle, he can just barely make out a shape within the orange crystal at it's center. An ancient, fossilized bee stuck in it's amber prison.

Heedless of the strange carnage wrought by the panicked mage, the wannabe 'earthbender' makes to approach Cheyenne from behind so that he night finally get some of his revenge for that disastrous night several weeks ago. With a slam of his foot, a pillar of cement rockets upward into the bounty huntress's face. Unseen and unnoticed, the death eater cosplayer misses a shot against the massive golem. The ghoul also launches an attack towards Philip, but she's obviously very distracted by the going-ons and goes wide.

GM: Foxy's up!

"Performance issues, My Dear?" the EMT taunts, his snark writing a check that will likely be paid in blood, but it seems he couldn't help himself. "That's okay, by the look of things, you were due for a diet."

He scolded himself inwardly as he perpetuated the unrealistic body type that society already held women to.

She cooed in response to Philip's words, "You say just the sweetest things~"

Emboldened by his words, she goes to strike at the vampire a second time, claws meeting dead flesh.

GM: Ah to hell with it. She uses extra effort to attack again. DC 26 toughness check from Philip.

Phillip could feel his flesh almost yield to her claws... almost. The sound wrought from him is a combination startled yelp choked off by a hiccup and the onomatopoeia for 'Blurk'.

I totally disserved that. He thought to himself.

Kira "Foxy" Donal
Dodge: 8, Parry: 8, Tough: 8, Fort: 8, Will: 8, Perception: +10
HP: 1, Luck: 0/2, Form: Fox, Condition: Fatigued

Foxy send her whipping move object against the three goons on the "east" side of the opening, hoping to deposit them all on the ground below.

MO multiattack, over the railing 3 targets: 1D20+12-3 = [9]+12-3 = 18
1D20+12-3 = [20]+12-3 = 29
1D20+12-3 = [13]+12-3 = 22

So DCs are 15 and 20 for the grab and damage respectively once again. The middle target (Yellow) was critted, so +5 to the DCs for them

After that she teleports to H30. Stealth: 1D20+10 = [13]+10 = 23

GM: Foxy, you still need to roll your toughness save. It's only DC 21, but it does matter.

There's no words over the intercom this time, as the fight continues to rage within the warehouse. Though the vixen hero tries her trick at sending the trio overboard like she did the first, these targets appear to be far slippier foes this time around.

Down on the floor, the snake bodied woman appears more hesitant with the way her partner in battle was thrown so recklessly. She holds out some hope that this time she won't get a first back for her troubles, and lashes out with her long tail. However for her there's no luck to be found, her heavy tail slamming into the ground next to the woman instead.

Continuing his relentless approach to the Golem, the orc makes another strike towards her abdomen area which bounces off her tough exterior plating. In response the automaton brings the claymore down in a wide arc, clipping both the swordsman and the orc. While the latter manages to tough it out, the human is however knocked down to the ground in a crumpled heap. "Urgh..."

Straightening his tie, the Chauffer gives Cheyenne a keen look as if assessing her condition. He thrusts his hands out in front of him, clenching his fingers tight causing his silver rings to clink together. Bringing them back to center he clashes both hands, then thrusts his right hand forward while the other stayed still. Upon his movements a small spatial disk is formed and flung forward, aimed at Cheyenne's feet. She has just enough time to notice another shimmer thirty feet above her, and she has barely a moment to react before she's caught in the wizard's attack.

GM: Foxy, there's no clear spot for you to hide up here at this point now that they're aware of you. You lack the 'hide in plain sight' advantage for one. First one is a miss, second one does indeed hit, and despite being outside her close range the last one hits as well. Top of the round with Philip.

Without the element of surprise Phillip didn't try for any sort of power blow, just a flurry of claw strikes against the ravager. With any luck he can keep this a fight of undead.
attack: 1d20+10 27
DC23 + up to 5 from multiattack (but likely 2).

Is it a standard action or a move to grab something off a nearby shelf. If it's a Move then Phillip will risk it.

Only? I need a 12 to beat that. And a 1 doesn't cut it. Tough DC 21: 1D20+9 = [1]+9 = 10
HP reroll: Tough DC 21 HP Reroll: 1D20+9 = [11]+9 = 20

Still a bruise. Only. LOL.

They can track teleportation? Why would I need HIPS when I'm suddenly somewhere else?

GM: Foxy, your teleportation does not have the 'Subtle' feature. It's somewhat obvious in some way when you use it. I myself have always picture a slight flash of light. Someone might not notice it the first time, but they're more aware of you this time.

And Philip! Oh boy, Philip phil filly fill phill... Ahah, here we go. This is treated as effectively an 'edit the scene' use of an HP.

Raking his claws against the woman, Philip finds that she is almost as dexterous as she is tough. Still, his claws leave a heavy mark on her. Reaching beside himself, he fumbles for anything that can help even the odds further in his favor, his hands brushing up against a glass marble filled with rolling dark clouds. He feels a strange compulsion to throw it down to his feet once it's fully within his hands.

GM: Do you activate it?

GM: Awesome.

Throwing down the glass ball, it shatters apart with ease. Grey smoke billows out from where the point of impact and swirls comfortingly around the vampire. While his own vision seems miraculous unimpeded, this does not seem the case for everyone else around him. "What's this, you hiding from me now?! Don't think this wills top me for long!"

The hunter takes another shot at the arcane android, nicking a vulnerable part of her neck joints. It sparks at the impact, yet for the moment she seems to stand firm. Rushing up behind Philip and choking on the smoke, the same man who futily tried to curse the vampire attacks with his blade. To no avail however, as combined with the cover of smoke the slash goes wide.

Reacting to the sudden presence of a vulnerable mage, one of the gunners takes a pot-shot while Felix lay vulnerable and prone. At the same time, another man wielding a sword stalks into the room. "Well well, quoite th' entrance huh blud? Da boss is a little busy at the momenta, sho yo'v gots to go."

Two more shots ring out in the warehouse, yet their bullets find no marks.

GM: Philip has Total Concealment for a few rounds! Speaking of round duration, Ark, at the start of your turn you're no longer staggered. You and Cheyenne are up!
