Yeah, Indio is up, followed by Chris and then I'll get to Violet's action.
Also, don't forget that I’m using House Rules on the Resistance Checks – which in this case means that Toughness Checks only get a +10 bonus, like what Fortitude & Will Checks get.

Edited cause the GM is easily confused by color code names.

If that hits, DC 18 to resist the damage I think?
[Deflect action, Any targeted attack from the big one or the flying robot. intercepted by a portal and whatever gets deflected shoots through portals above the flying robot (indirect for robot vulnerability).]
deflect 1, Deflect 2, Redirect 1, redirect 2: 4#1d20+8 19 13 15 27
second chance, deflect. second chance deflect: 1d20+8 20
so, if deflect 19 or 20 is higher than the attack roll of the first attack against someone within 400 feet of Wally that he can reasonably perceive, then a 15 to hit a flat-footed flying robot. (Damage the same as redirected attack). (if it does not beat the attack roll then the Deflect chain is broken).
The next attack, if a 23 beats the attack roll its redirected with a 27 to hit.
Complex, but make sense?
Tellum attack vs Excelsior: 1d20+10 11
Color me surprised
LP to reroll: 1d20+10 17 +10 = 27
DC21 + multiattack bonus
