Custodians are the elite guardians of The Emperor of Mankind. They are the most powerful soldiers of Imperium of Man; bigger, stronger and faster than even space marines. Only human beings more powerful than them are alpha level psykers (maybe beta too) and Roboute Gulliman himself. Also their weapons and armor are handcrafted from rarest materials and some are milenia old artifacts.

A standart custodian is a match for Spiderman. And there are 10.000 of them in the galaxy. :P Not that much considering Imperium has millions of worlds but any crossover with Marvel/DC means they would overwhelm earth's heroes with their ridiculous numbers and might.

Stranger in a Strange Land:Hyperion lived in a parallel Earth which was destroyed a multiversal incursion. Even though his new home is somewhat similar, there are differences which make him feel out of place.

He is the Hyperion from Jonathan Hickman's New Avengers. I have seen him only there and I'm still reading the series but he has proven he is among the big guns; he held his own against Hulk till Abyss' mind control over him broke and he reverted back to Banner. Also he was the most powerful hero of his Earth, so I made him a physical match of Thor. Marcus Milton is an eternal but his only application of power cosmic is mimicking Superman's powers so he just has a symbolic low-level regeneration. He has enough scientific knowledge and keen senses to identify sub-atomic particles from a parallel universe and considering his background he must have some charisma too.

Of course, the fact that they are spread over a galaxy means that any crossover would only involve a minute number of them, even if Marvel-Earth or Earth-Whatever-Number was shifted into the Grim Darkness of the Forty-First Millennium. Getting all that power to a single point is insanely difficult, thanks to the vagaries of the Warp. They would eventually do so, but the time it would take would probably give the defending force the chance to figure out a way to undo the shift.

Right, Imperium of Man is a logistic nightmare. Scale of 40k is scary though. Did Gulliman took most of them to Indomitus Crusade? I have no detailed info on that.
