The SGC's Wizarding Attache Brainstorm & Notes

The SGC’s Wizarding Attache
Premise: General George S. Hammond and Harry Potter should have never met one another, but when they did, they each agreed to help the other get what it is that they desired. Harry would get the training he needs to defeat Voldemort once and for all, while Hammond would gain a loyal and highly skilled operative who can access untold levels of magical knowledge.
Required Inclusions:
- After getting fed up with the wizards of his country, Prime Minister John Major must contact the American government for assistance, which brings the situation to Gen. Hammond’s attention.
- Hammond will send one of his newly sanctioned Stargate Spec Ops Teams to aid the Prime Minister, which will quickly lead to an introduction between the General and young Harry Potter.
- General Hammond must be highly impressed with the resolve of the young Potter heir, and agree to provide him with advanced combat training in exchange for certain benefits.
- Those benefits will include unrestricted access to the magical world, and having Harry as an active Stargate Operations Agent who will accompany SG-1 on their missions.
- Harry must eventually encounter the Goa’uld known as Satra, who will ultimately become his primary romantic interest, though this need not happen immediately.
- One of the advantages to being a wizard, is that it gives Harry an enhanced physique that will allow him to survive the rigors of combat more easily than if he were a baseline human.
Preferred Inclusions:
- General Hammond could assign Teal’c to the task of getting Harry up to scratch as far as his combat training is concerned.
- Gaining access to magical medicine should be one of the reasons that the SGC is willing to break the Statute of Secrecy and hire an underage wizard as one of their operatives.
- Harry should be capable of using wandless magic, or else have access to an alternative spell focus so that he is not reliant on a flimsy bit of wood while on missions with SG-1.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could have the magical ability to “bond” with anyone that he is carnally intimate with.
- O’Neill could engineer a situation whereby the adult members of the Dursley family are arrested by members of Scotland Yard for one reason or another.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry being involved in a male-slash pairing.
- Harry the malevolent emo doormat.
- Harry flunking his training.

Complications
- Addiction: Satra is, like most Goa'uld, addicted to the use of her Sarcophagus to prolong her already extended lifespan to the point where it is nearly unlimited. An inability to use her Sarcophagus for an extended period of time will cause her to become Impaired, then Disabled, and will eventually incapacitate her.
- Arrogant: Like all Goa'uld, Satra believes she is a being that is worthy of worship, and will be most upset if she ever encounters a being who fails to offer her the reverence she feels is owed to her simply by existing.
- Motivation: Greed: Satra desires power & influence, and is willing to ally herself with her father's enemies if it means she can acquire such things.
- Relationships: Satra is the "daughter" of Apophis and Amaunet, the former of whom is one of the SGC's more persistent adversaries. She has also taken a very keen interest in the young wizard who is traveling with SG-1, since True Magic is a phenomena that absolutely fascinates Satra.

Magic Wings Brainstorm & Notes

Magic Wings
Premise: Shortly after leaving the Justice League, Shayera Hol discovers a young child being brutally beaten by a group of boys and resolves to make a difference in this young man’s life. This leads to startling revelations and the familial bond that both she and young Harry Potter truly need!
Required Inclusions:
- Shayera Hol must take Harry under her wings and eventually adopt him as her own son, this adoption must also be valid in the eyes of both magic and the law.
- Shayera must find Harry after she has left the Justice League at the end of Season 2 of the first Justice League Animated Series (Starcrossed, Part 3).
- Shayera must wait until Harry is either a teenager, or else away at Hogwarts, before she returns to active duty with the Justice League so as to avoid any conflicts of interest.
- Harry must be exceptionally powerful, even by Thanagarian standards, possibly even to the point where he is considered to be a Super-Thanagarian.
- Harry must have a powerful affinity with wind and lightning magic, since those two elements are closely associated with the skies that Thanagarians are so intrinsically linked to.
- Shayera must discover that she and Harry are actually distant relatives through his mother and the ancient Thanagarian known as Chay-Ara Hol.

Dreamborn Godling Brainstorm & Notes

Dreamborn Godling
Premise: Not everything that came about because of the Dreamstone was undone when Wonder Woman defeated Max Lord. For instance, the child that was born from the union of Diana Prince and her lover, the “reborn” Steve Trevor, managed to persist. However, Ares wasn’t quite as dead as Diana had thought, and he took a keen interest in her son.
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must actually be the son of Diana Prince and Steve Trevor, which will be made possible by the Dreamstone from the Wonder Woman 1984 film.
- Harry must still be a Potter, and while the method for achieving this will be left up to the author, the use of a blood adoption is discouraged.
- Albus Dumbledore must be a good, if misguided, individual who is hard to control, meaning that it will be difficult for someone like Ares to manipulate him into doing their bidding.
- Harry must figure out his divine heritage by no later than his third year of attendance at Hogwarts School for Witchcraft & Wizardry.
- There must be three stages to a wizard or demigod’s magical maturity, one at age 11, another at age 14, and the third at age 17, with an incremental increase in power at each stage.
- While Harry can engage in melee combat, he must prefer to focus on magical combat, attacking his enemies from long range whenever possible.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should be involved in a plural relationship, and this harem should include Hermione Granger as one of the core members.
- Ares should be disguised as a member of the Order of the Phoenix. Bonus points will be given if he is disguised as Remus Lupin.
- A deity, other than Ares, should contact Harry through his dreams, and if it is a goddess, she could use these encounters to initiate a romantic relationship with our hero.
Optional Inclusions:
- Diana could believe that her son is dead until she encounters him at a later point in life.
- Harry could receive training from either Batman or Aquaman, since the former is the most skilled warrior in the DC Universe, while the latter has knowledge of divine magic.

- Quirk: Despoina will often give things she no longer needs to what few worshipers she still has in the world, as though they were true relics of her divinity.
- Secret: Arethisia is very reluctant to share her given name with other people, since she only ever divulged that information to the initiated members of her mystery religion during the pre-Hellenistic period of Ancient Greece, meaning that most people will only know her as "Despoina."

Builder's Comment
Wikipedia describes Despoina as a winter and frost deity, however the problem with this assumption, is that Despoina's name and function were only ever revealed to initiates of the Arkadian Mysteries, and the way she is described in the historical accounts from around that time period seems to paint a totally different picture from what Wikipedia is trying to sell. In fact, she seems to be a fertility deity who is also associated with rivers, which is how I've built her in this stat block.

When I was comparing Irey's MSHRPG stat block to the one for Barry Allen, I discovered that she has a Class 3000 speed rank, while Barry (and most other Speed Force Conduits for that matter) has a Shift-Z 500 speed rank, meaning that Irey's baseline speed is significantly faster than most of the other Speed Force Conduits. Thus, I've decided to give most Speedsters a speed rank of 18 (500,000 MPH), while Irey gets a speed rank of 22 (8,000,000 MPH).

Complications
- Enemies: Diana has been active as the hero since the height of World War I, and has made numerous enemies in her time as a superheroine. Some of these enemies are still active in the present day and age.
- Honor: Diana will always keep her word once she has given it to someone, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in her dealings.
- Motivation: Patriotism: Diana is the public face and voice for both the people of Themyscira and the Olympian Remnant, and is therefore the person who would ultimately be held accountable if any of her brothers and sisters decide to become super-villains.
- Power Loss: Diana will become Strength Debilitated and loose access to most of her superhuman powers if a male character succeeds in trapping her within the coils of Hestia's divine lasso.
- Temper: Diana will enter an uncontrollable rage if ever she were to take off her Bracelets of Submission. To counter this, the bracelets can morph into a pair of small silver bracelets whenever she is in her civilian persona.

The Legend of Drakkon Brainstorm & Notes

The Legend of Drakkon
Premise: When the world’s greatest Ranger, Tamsin Oliver, was selected by Rita Repulsa, she had no idea that more awaited her than incredible new powers. In fact, when she swore to serve her Empress, she found something else… a reason to ensure the Power Rangers fell, but not so that her Empress could rise!
Required Inclusions:
- Both Tamsin and her new Lord, Harry Potter, must be aligned with the Forces of Darkness, though they need not be completely evil, since “Dark is Not Evil.”
- This story must begin with Rita Repulsa claiming Tamsin as her new Green Ranger, but must also have flashbacks to show how Harry came to reside with Rita and her goons.
- The reason Harry is with Rita, is because she discovered he was one of her direct descendants and decided to teach him how to become an intergalactic conqueror.
- When Tamsin meets Harry, the magic in the young wizard must break Rita’s hold on the newest Ranger, but also bonds Tamsin to Harry, causing her to help him achieve victory.
- When Tamsin fights the Rangers, Harry must be observing the battle along with Rita, Goldar, Squatt and Baboo, and he must encourage her to win against all odds.
- It must be impossible for the Rangers to break Rita’s hold over Tamsin, since there is no spell to break, so even if the Sword of Darkness is shattered, she will ultimately return to Harry.
- Harry must be approached by the British Ministry for Magic at some point after the Rangers are defeated, or else forced to retreat in order to lick their wounds.
- Since she now has magic of her own, as a part of imprinting on Harry, Tamsin must go with him to deal with matters in Wizarding Britain, especially if she is now his lover.
- How the denizens of Wizarding Britain relate to Harry’s darker, and more powerful, magical abilities will be up to the author, but it is likely that they will consider him to be a Dark Lord.
Preferred Inclusions:
- This story should be a crossover with the Shattered Grid plotline, with Harry replacing the canonical Tommy Oliver as the one who becomes Lord Drakkon.
- Harry should create a team of Dark Rangers, with Tamsin serving as the leader of this group of individuals. Bonus points will be given if Harry “corrupts” certain members of Zordon’s team.
- Ivan Ooze should feature in this story, though his role could make him more of an antagonist to Harry and his team, than an antagonist to Zordon’s team of Power Rangers.
- Voldemort should offer Harry an alliance, though whether Harry accepts this offer or not will be up to the individual author.
Optional Inclusions:
- Zordon could create a new White Ranger in order to combat Harry, Tamsin and their various allies, since it will quickly become apparent that Tamsin is beyond “salvation.”
- Harry could have his own “Dark Ranger” alter-ego, though this need not be the Hybrid Ranger of Lord Drakkon, examples include the Chaos Ranger, Black Mystic Ranger & Shadow Ranger.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry and Tamsin, the Pathetic Emo Doormats.
- Harry being involved in a male-slash pairing.
