I apparently was not clear. Standing in the road not far from the gas station. Kira uses remote senses to case the taxidermy shop, as long as it is within 60 miles. That's what the perception check was for.

basically cheys waiting for the cops to secure the scene and bring forensics for the bullet shes worked with them enough to know chain of custody so shes not coming down till they get there protecting the scene rather then let it be more contomainated

Apologies for any confusion caused I honestly thiought youd speed the whole nolan thing along with them showing up securing the shell and then we moved out with some minor interaction on the possible serial killer front
