Same as a 20 is always a hit, even if the defense is absurdly high and your total roll isn't high enough.
Ok, that's fine. I debated spending a HP, but opted against it.

As the American holiday is upon us, I understand some people may be travelling.

I will be available and will respond to any posts, but I will not hold anyone to posting through the extended weekend.

With the holiday weekend at an end, I would like to wrap up this story. It's already gone on one chapter longer than I intended.

We can finish out the fight if you really want, but they were never going to win. And with Czarina and Iron Skull down, there is no actual roleplaying left. Blood Skull is just a violent idiot and the cyborgs are literally mindless.

I am willing to let you just finish the remaining opponents with narative and wrap up the fight unless enough of you really just want to dice to the end.

I'm all for a narrative wrap up. Trading blows is the boring bit of the game for me without some RP element to it.

I'm perfectly fine with a narrative wrap up. I enjoyed slugging it out a bit though. I was worried that Madame wasn't going to be able to contribute to combat very much if everyone was either a robot or immune to fortitude effects.

I will give a day for everyone else to chime in. Then, since Madame Macabre is up, she can kick it off. But after her post, we won't be following initiative.

No issue with the narrative wrap up. I like combat, but I prefer fast and brief combat.

I'm not sure what to post or in what order. Narratively speaking, Zyzzak will look for ways to contain/prevent the Cyborg's possible explosion. Maybe by opening the door to the area where the rocket took off from since that would likely be hardened against the kinetic and thermal force of an explosion.

It's storytelling time. Also, this is the last time you will encounter this iteration of the cyborgs so feel free to "hack" one of them, though there won't be any useful intelligence about the Horde in them.
