Douglas' eyes swept over the new arrivals. One likely a lawyer, the other a wealthy client. He didn't stop, continuing his trek to the back of the courthouse. Given the spotters they'd see, including the drone, Douglas didn't let his guard down. His eyes eyes remained moving, searching, as they walked around the side of the building to the back. They're equipment had been restricted at the start of the assignment and the Sergeant hadn't given them the go-ahead to draw on it. Otherwise, at this point, he would have encouraged his teammates to gear up. At least those that weren't dealing directly with the public and who needed to maintain a more soft and approachable image. He was left to wait. Less than five minutes to go.

@Brandon and Conner. You both can see the Havieras and their companions exiting their vehicles and heading towards the courthouse.

@Douglas. You can make out the drone and glimpse the vehicle..

@Conner, Danni and Douglas. You all can see the pickup truck start up and start to drive away.

"Going in for a closer view of a possible hostile. Radio out again.", says Conner reluctantly disconnecting his senses from Mike to radio over the comms before going back to Mikes senses. He only waits a moment before switching back his hearing. Being an animal just felt more comfortable to him and sometimes he loathed not soaring the skies or running the streets free as well a bird or dog.

In this case, Conner was a pigeon and having a pigeon fly by generally didn't arouse suspicion. Conner was banking on that as he had Mike soar to a spot the truck was going to pass to get a nice and close view of the driver or anyone else who might be in the truck. Some might put the bird in harms way to try a landing or dangerous manuever, but Conner simply projected where the truck would need to go and had Mike land waiting there for a good look at the driver and inside the truck.
Take 10 for notice of 24 using whatever senses the pigeon would have.

Though he took up a static post as he watched the area Douglas was busy. After Danni made her observations about the potential drone operator Douglas looped Sergeant Grant in. Then contacted Danni directly

"Can you get the plate number on the vehicle Archer?"

Conner chimed in after having gone silent. What was up with that zoning out? He'd have to talk to Conner about that later. Right after the other SWAT officer mentioned that he'd be going silent, again, Douglas rushed to give him a reminder.

"Knight, don't forget to warn security, and direct them to the people we were looking into, if they move on the courthouse."

@Danni. The licence plate is muddy but with your exeptional eyesight you can make it out.

@Conner You can easily direct Mike to a good spot. The best spot is on the toll booth controlling the barrier that lets people in or out.

@Conner/Mike the pigeon Mikes visual senses are better at all-round vision than frontal visual acuity. The driver has dark glasses and a baseball cap pulled low. They have a beard as well. He appears to be in his late forties or early fifties. It is hard to pick ethnicity as he has the usual texas tan.

Danni Morgan

As the truck started to move, Danni focused, trying to get a look at the license plate. She was pretty sure that she got it, and called the numbers in over the commlink. It this had been a fleeing Technical, this would be about the point where she put a round through its engine block, or blew off a wheel- but given the circumstances (and the environment) she resisted that particular urge.

"I don't like how he bolted as soon as I called in his description- he might have a police radio or something, so be careful," she warned her teammates. Then she settled at the edge of the roof, watching to see if he continued to flee. While she couldn't just shoot the truck for no reason, if he did something crazy, THEN she could reconsider.

Letting Mike roam free, directing him to a local patch of bird feed rife for the taking, Conner taps back into the radio. "Driver is a man in his late forties early fifties with a beard, baseball cap, and dark glasses. Tough to tell what his ethnicity is, but he seems to be from Texas based on his tan.", radios Mike.

Without any actionable info, it was all scouting. Conner was keen to have something happen or have it end. He'd prefer ending, but his more animal like instincts would take the action. "Going on patrol. No action of worry so far.", remarks Conner.

@Brandon The Haviera's and friends head into the courthouse. George seemsctonbevthe centre of the groups attention. Emil and his buddies saunter along behind. Emil looks at you and gives a slow smile as he swaggers past.

Ooc- Danni back edge of roof? Conner and Douglas watching back of building? Brandon front of building?

At that time you see the prison van pull up to the gates at the back.

Danni Morgan

"All points, be advised: looks like our package has arrived." She continued to scan the area, watching for anything out of place.

>OOC: Yes, back of the roof. Looking at Google Maps satellite, right near the north corner, beside the little air handler/ vent thingie

When the transport arrive he raised a hand to signal Brandon, then gestured to the transport, encouraging him to follow it inside. Douglas moved with the van as it entered the back of the building. Over coms he cut in at Conner's mention of going on patrol, intent on preempting him before he actually started moving too far in the task.

"No need Knight. After you get the security to keep eyes on the guys from the parkinglot, head inside. Bishop and I will follow the prisoner escort. Meet up with us when you can."

My bad...
@Conner. You see the Havieras heading for the courthouse. George's group seems like one pack with Emil's group as another. You get a definite Alpha vibe off Emil. Emil's group feel like pitbulls while George's feels like Labradors.

The van goes through all the usual security steps. There are 8 prisoners on board. Each prisoner was contained in an individual cell within the vehicle. Once inside the courthouse the prisoners are processed efficiently then allocated to a holding cell. The two cops have a holding cell to themselves.

The gardeners are gardening now. The drone is still hovering.
