How many actions does it take to get out of the van? I want Brandon to drop the shield (free action) and then get out of the van, rolling on the ground and look under the van. If there is something/someone there, he will try and grab it with Move Object. I just don't know if that requires a surge or not.

Yes it does..
Move action to open the door.
Doing a search of a 5x5 area is a full round action.
However, just getting out and be wary of anything under the van is not an action.
Attacking is a standard action.

Are you going to coordinate opening the door with the others?

Everyone else has already gone. Brandon would have to forfeit his actions this round and wait for the next. Aside from that, he is already described as leaving the van and triggering someone else' Ready Action, by the look of it.

If you are giving us the option to retcon, I would volunteer Douglas opening the door on Brandon's turn instead of Readying an Action to try to use his Stun Gun on the blade in the roof.

Conner had a ready action to leave when someone opened the door. I'll get the save up tonight. Been a crazy week at work.

It may turn into a running gag that all the bad stuff happened in Abilene.

Does Conner see anyone who looks villain like outside the van?

Since he goes after Brandon, doesn't the wind clear that, and well knock everyone around the prisoners vehicle on the ground.

How many doors are on the SWAT van? Brandon is literally standing next to the one he opened and got out of. So if someone got inside the van or closed the door next to him, he should have seen something.

4 doors and a rear door.
Brandon was looking under the van then he was looking at the consequences of his actions. The van you are by still has teargas and smoke.around it.

Brandon's actions were halted when he was hit with gas and couldn't see. He never made it to "looking under the van.

Did we all leave through the same door? The passenger side, front is where Brandon exited.

Can I use my TK to unlock the door from the outside? It has Precise.

If not, how about if I use an HP to add Indirect to it.

You all came out through different doors and yes if your tk is precise you can use it to deactivate the central locking..
