No...everyone is more concerned with getting out of the building. The alarms and sprinklers are still going and the other officers downstairs are trying to move the prisoners securely to a rally point in the parking garage.

I didn't expect everyone to head outside the building, and half go straight for police outside. In that case you might as well have taken Emil and passed him off. Douglas was wanting most of the team to remain in the building, closer to the two prisoners we're supposed to keep alive.

I'll have to work on communicating better. The people we're supposed to protect are inside. He was trying to encourage people to stay close to them, and look for hostiles in the immediate area, inside the courthouse.

I thought the two prisoners were being taken outside which is why I had Conner say and do what he did. I admit to being distracted lately in real life so my SA ic isn't as great as it should be.

I actually assumed the people we're protecting were going to be evacuated because of the fire alarms.
