After reading up on insubstantial on page 114 of the manual. I believe the power stunt for Adeleth would have to include: insubstantial 4, affects corporeal, affects others, attack and precise.
That was my thinking. Thankfully, her insub is also subtle 2. So the stunt can spend those 2 PP on affects corporeal and precise.
Alternatively, my 3rd option, I would use the subtle 2 for accurate 2 (as Adeleth would be corporeal) and power attack to make it a +3 attack with 9 ranks.
The problem here is always the lack of effect ranks. She is only +4 on unarmed attack and there are only 4 ranks in Insubstantial.
With open doors between Razorhead and Lilly, can Lilly teleport by Accurate Hearing even if he is out of sight? If she can accurately sense him, then unless Razorhead is running really fast then even fatigued she can teleport up to 250m in a round (or up to 125m with Turnabout), which is hopefully enough to get up to him and attack.
Hrm..... Amy still has all her luck points. Would it be possible for her to powerstunt something to give Adeleth a boost? Maybe through her healing stickt? Maybe one more luck point would help bring it up to PL 6 at least.
Either that or use the powerstunt to use her gun to phase into Razor-head, go substantial and then make with the booms.
That would bring it up to PL 6.
Okay, after re-reading it, you only need to have rank 2 of this. So for the powerstunt insubstantial part, here's this:
Insubstantial: Insubstantial Attack 2 (Gaseous, DC 12; Affects Corporeal, Affects Objects, Attack: Toughness, Precise)
You only really need affects objects, since you're either using your gun to shoot the mother box or yanking it out.
Either way, you can use 1 HP for the powerstunt, then another to shoot the bugger with her trusty gun. That's my take anyway.
Amy's game. She hasn't been injured, has all of her HP and LP and is spoiling for a fight. Oh and Lilly should be if not alright, then feeling somewhat better after Alma's Moonlight on her.
With the other HP you could also temporarily bring Adeleth's attack up to +6.
