I'm going with the idea that Amy's MGS gives her the means to powerstunt things, by showing her memories of doing stuff. If she wants to keep it, she has to actually practice doing it and sometimes, what she remembers doing and being able to actually do isn't exact. Which leads it to sometimes being lower level, or different. It basically comes down to muscle memory. Knowing how to do something only gets you part-way there. You have to actually do it alot to really make it work long term.

Would it be alright and safe to use force light on the gang and herself to get rid of any nasties they might be carrying?

I didn't think it would hurt them as it specifically targets necromancy and corruption, but I wanted to make sure.

As for what kind of mission, I'm enjoying the sort of thing we're already doing. But we've had a couple of mystical threats in bunkers, so maybe something else than that?

She most likely did. Power Level has become an in-universe term to describe the general capabilities of a superhuman being. It's not a scientifically exact term but it serves enough of a purpose to be used informally by government agencies etc.
