Ogres are living terraformers, aren't they?

What are some of the things they are saying during the ceremony? Anything that would stand out or just some variation of "bless this child"?

They were asking ‘the Dreaming dead’ to reincarnate in the infants, or perhaps in a future generation. Obviously, nothing happened, but belief is genuine in their minds.

And yes, Ogres terraform....but not into Earthly environments, more akin to HR Giger or the upcoming video game ‘Scorn’. A healthy ecosystem, yes, but a fundamentally alien one.

DOn't forget this, which was aimed at Shi'Halal:
IMperious wrote:"Review the scans we took of the tissue samples found in the Red Gear Brotherhood's TEGS lab. Compare them to the Beastscape and the augmented human corpses."

It’s not an instantaneous process, analyzing DNA on a minute level.

This side adventure is more meant to remind Imperious not everything ties back to the Cthulhu Mythos than it is a crossover. I don’t want just the Mythos to dominate every single aspect of this campaign.

The Mythos is a civilization ending threat. Imperious has to work towards resolving that issue. It can't be ignored and he will actively work against it when he can. The Arcanengine and the Arcnainauts are number two on his threat list. Hod, Imperious sees the threat there but we've barely explored that.

That said, it is me playing to my character when Imperious doggedly pursues the Mythos angle. I like exploring other storylines. My favorite aspect of the game has been the quest to pull Rustdeity out of the dark ages, to restore civilization, and meeting all these various factions. Then trying to tie them together. The places Imperious has set out for have been driven primarily towards that end.

Ok, I just didn’t want you locked into the notion as a player that it’s all Wo Fat—-I mean, the Cthulhu Mythos.

By that response, is it apparent that the Ogre Doll never tried doing what Imperious is suggesting, when it was alive?

For the purpose of the Comprehend Power, do Ogres count as Animals?

You have pointed Imperious towards a supply of terraformers that can create paranaturals. He knows they exist and where to find them. If he can secure the cooperation of people living in Ogres, Designate-V's barren worlds might become Ogre-shaped colonies in the future.

That’s certainly a possibility. It’s comes with some complications, though...

You mean aside from their baggage with King Horse and the other Titanblooded, Drone influenced Hollowfolk, the sublimation of humans into Demiorges, the fact that Ogres are monolithic giants that could go on a rampage, the part about their converting worlds into alien landscapes, and the potential for their tissue being used to cultivate TEGS?
