Can you give me a quick recap or summary (assuming you still want me in your game...) so that I can rejoin ?

Not much has happened. After completing the investigation at the Orc Girl's apartment we were leaving to investigate the Expo and the other apartment.
Our favorite spiritualist was approached by a man on the street indicating that somebody she owed a favor to had come calling. Our Amazon friend decided to tag along to make sure nothing happened to her.
Meanwhile Detective Were-Tiger and Grumpy Tech support decided to check out the apartment together after Mysterious Secret Agent got a call to check on some evidence. So far they've reached the door, and the disinterested teenage employee has decided to ignore them as they weren't pretty girls.

Doc left it open enough that you could be done and show up at the apartment, at least per his post.
We haven't actually progressed that much since you were gone ;~)

Yep. As regards to whatever Mikjahl discovered regarding that evidence;

Scruffy had you investigate the cameras in question, where you would've discovered signs of external tampering with their feed. It's not much, but it lends credence to the theory that the truck may've been an orchestrated incident.
