Tyragorn
HP: 20 AC:18

"Helm of Heironeous!" Tyragorn made a sign of protection in front of himself as he advanced on the room. "These fiends have much to answer for."

As you progress further into the room the grim use of the room becomes more apparent.
In one corner a number of tools can be found sitting on a box, saws, knives, pliers, hammers and small irons one might normally see for branding livestock.
In the north west corner a crudely made iron maiden is found. Made of rough wooden planks and iron nails.

There are a number of boxes on the west wall, all of which appear to be empty.

To the south is another hallway with a door leading back to the east, and another door further to the south.

Aldan's Spectral Hand will gesture that the others should head through first, then he'll be the last one one into the new area, still stealthy. If something had the Paladin rattled he dreaded to see what was i the next room.

Tyragorn
HP: 20 AC:18

"It may take fire to cleanse this much evil." Tyragorn shook his head as he walked past the torture implements. He didn't slow as he moved into the hall and stopped by the side door, obviously more comfortable at the front of the party. "Let's check this door and keep moving."

As the rest of the team comes into the room there is a suddenly flurry of movement. A second set of hidden doors open and six goblins come charging in, emaciated with a crazed look in their eyes.

From the room where Alden had blocked the trap door there is a faint sound of something beating against the wall.
OOC: Goblins attack. Everybody cries.
Init for Goblins: 16
Roll to break down Aldan's blocked trap door: 2
They won't be coming through that door any time soon.
I've updated the map. As Aldan found one of the doors and alerted everybody there's no surprise round. Roll for init.

Zasio Blackthorn:
HP: 23
AC: 14
Objects of Interest: Goodberries (2 - each heals 4 hp)

Seeing the first room covered in dried blood halted Zasio for a moment and in a sparse span of his eyes are unfocused as a haunting memory plays out in his mind. Looking slightly paler the half elf continues to follow the others, swords drawn and ready for use should the need arise.

Seeing the goblins, Zasio notes they looked more crazed than usual and he wonders if whatever is responsible for the oddness in the town is responsible for their gaunt features.

Zasio Blackthorn:
HP: 23
AC: 14
Objects of Interest: Goodberries (2 - each heals 4 hp)

Zasio wasted no time in initiating combat, knowing that hesitation can quickly turn into an advantage for the opponent. And given the crazed look in these goblin's eyes worry the half-elf a bit. His two swords around him in a long practiced pattern that allow him to distract his target and set him up for the actual attack with the second blade.

OOC wrote:Zasio will target the Goblin directly across from him.
Main Attack: _: 1D20+5 = [4]+5 = 9 , on the off chance that actually connects I'll roll the damage.
Main Attack Damage: _: 1D6+3 = [1]+3 = 4.

Second Attack: _: 1D20+5 = [20]+5 = 25, well of course.
Second Attack Damage: _: 1D6+3 = [3]+3 = 6, well at least CC is consistent.
Nat 20 bonus Damage: _: 1D6+3 = [4]+3 = 7

The goblin brings his sword up to block Zasio's first strike, leaving it open for the blade that bisects it's neck.

The goblin falls to ground as it's head rolls across the room.

One of the goblins, seeing the death of it's comrade, charges at Zasio swinging it's sword wildly, missing by the largest of margins.
Another rushes past Zasio to attack a safer looking target, thrusting it's blade deep into Jessica's leg.

Jessica screams, but is still standing.

Next to Georgia another goblin shrieks and tries futilely to chop into the tiefling's leg, driving it's blade into the stone floor hard enough to chip the blade.
The other two goblins in the hallway look around as if they'd been expecting more enemies.
OOC: Zasio moves down to get in range of the goblin and kills it with a critical hit.
Goblin 1 attacks Zasio, Misses
Goblin 2 - Dead (killed by Zasio)
Goblin 3 - Attacks Jessica, hits for 7 damage
Goblin 4 - Attacks Georgia, Misses
Goblin 5 - Can't reach any targets nor move
Goblin 6 - Moves five feet to the door looking for somebody to attack.

Zasio

Aldan
Passive Perception:14 | Init:+4 | AC:16 | HP:11/14

Aldan creeps forward pulling his own oiled rapier near soundlessly from it's sheathe. The goblins were loud and clumsy by comparison. He makes the few paces to the doorway and strikes around and through, going for the goblin's neck.
attack w/adv: 2#1d20+6 22 13
I'll take the 22 for dmg w/sneak: 1d8+4+1d6 8 damage on goblin 6.
He then steps back behind the jam of the door and seeks to blend in once again.
[Complete Move then Bonus Action to hide,
sneak: 1d20+6 14
though not very well. If its passive perception meets or exceeds it can come around and attack, no prob. If not, it can take its action to perceive and if rolls better on perc it uses it's action but negates Aldan's adv and sneak for his attack next round.

edit: another notion is Aldan was specifically hiding from the gobs in the hall, if the ones in the cell of the meeting room *can* and *are* watching, they can call out the gob equivalent of 'he's over there!' through the door and ruin Aldan's day that way.
