Complications
- Chick Magnet: James is blessed with a physique that all the girls want to get their hands on, and only the most strong willed women seem to be capable of interacting with him as anything other than eye candy.
- Embarrassing Nickname: James tends to get upset when anyone other than his mother or Big Blue calls him "Jimmy" these days.
- Honor: James absolutely refuses to take a life, which is the main reason that the people of National City tolerate his existence as The Guardian.
- Prejudice: James is a Muggle, and would be in grave danger if he ever dared to act as a hero in front of someone like Bellatrix Lestrange. He's also not the most popular superhero, since most people consider him to be little better than a common street thug.
- Quirk: While James is a good and kind man outside of his costume, once the helmet is hermetically sealed, he becomes a force to be reckoned with and is more than willing to threaten and rough up anyone he needs to get answers from.
- Secret Keeper: James knows the secret identities of both Superman and Supergirl, and is therefore entrusted with keeping that knowledge to himself. Unfortunately, he's not perfect, and there are occasions when the secret of one or the other slips out despite his best efforts.
- Significant Other: James is quickly developing a crush on young Kara Zor-El.
- Temper: James tends to get annoyed when people attempt to exploit him for his relationship with Superman, rather than acknowledging him for his own merits.
- The Anti-Expy: Aside from his name, this man is not at all who you would expect to meet when being introduced to James 'Jimmy' Olsen, as he doesn't behave or look anything like the iconic Jimmy.

Complications
- Enemies: Martian Manhunter's worst enemy would have to be the real Hank Henshaw. Another significant enemy for J'onn is his brother Malefic, since even defending himself from his sibling will cause J'onn to experience debilitating pain due to the Martian curse of Fa'ra'too'rik.
- Hatred: J'onn absolutely despises the White Martian subspecies, as they are directly responsible for the near total eradication of Martian Society.
- Last One Standing: Martian Manhunter is allegedly the last remaining member of his entire species. This means that he is frequently plagued with survivor's guilt and extreme feelings of isolation.
- Monstrous Reputation: Apparently Superman himself considers J'onn to be the "World's Strongest Man." Take that for whatever it's worth.
- Motivation: Irony: Martian Manhunter is the extraterrestrial director of an organization which is devoted to protecting people of Earth from extraterrestrial threats. How is this not ironic?
- Power Loss: For some reason, J'onn is completely incapable of reading the minds of Kryptonians. This applies even to those Kryptonians who lack training in Torquasm Rao.
- Significant Others: J'onn promised Jeremiah Danvers that he would look out for the man's daughters, and he has stuck by that promise to this very day. That doesn't mean he has to be nice to the girls. However, he's gone on record as stating that he'd happily spend 1,000 years in captivity if it meant keeping Alex and Kara safe.
- The Expy: As Hank Henshaw, Martian Manhunter looks just like the actor who played David Estes in Homelands (2011-ongoing), which is one of Kara's favorite television shows!
- The Skeptic: J'onn is rather skeptical of both Kara and Harry in regards to their ability to effectively use their superpowers without causing massive collateral damage, and while his skepticism is actually warranted in Kara's case, he's going to soon discover that Harry's a lot more skilled than his virtually nonexistent paper trail would seem to imply.
- Weakness: J'onn is extremely sensitive to fire, suffering an additional degree of effect from fire-based damage, and when shapeshifting he will experience a temporary disruption in the power for any part of his body which comes close enough to touch an open flame, which could lead to additional complications. Furthermore, the atmosphere of Maaldoria is considered to be a toxic environment for Martians.

Complications
- Distressed Damsel: Not only is Ruby the daughter of a Worldkiller, but her mother is also the CFO for Lena Luthor's company, which means that she is one of National City's more high profile targets for attempted kidnappings.
- Motivation: Thrills: Ruby is a ten year old girl who has absolutely no idea that she has superhuman abilities, and as such lives for the thrills that come with being a little girl. It's actually a minor miracle that she hasn't put one of her classmates in traction during a soccer match!
- Power Loss: Ruby loses her powers and her Strength and Stamina scores are reduced to 0 while under the light of a red sun, like the one which Krypton once orbited.
- Significant Other: Ruby will begin wading into the deep end of the danger pool once she finally figures out who Reign truly is just so she can knock the evil out of her mother, even if only temporarily.
- Temper: Ruby will frequently get annoyed by just how much time she has to spend alone due to her mother's job as the CFO of L-Corp.
- Weakness: Green-K leaves Ruby Impaired, Disabled and eventually Debilitated in terms of her Strength and powers. She may even die after a few minutes of exposure to these otherworldly gemstones.

Complications
- Arrogant: Voldemort is confident in his powers and his position of authority over those he considers to be lesser than himself, which is pretty much everyone.
- Disability: The process which Voldemort used to return to life left him with a notorious condition known as Infertility.

Complications
- Obsession: Rao has come to Earth with the goal of starting up a utopian government that is modeled on the one which used to exist within the City of Kandor on Krypton. Unfortunately the reality is that Kandor was a Theocratic Dictatorship with a strict class-system where most of the citizenry were little better than medieval Serfs.
- Power Loss: Rao's Grace of the Red Sun power can only achieve two degrees of effect when used against the Alpha Kryptonian known as Harry Potter.
- Secret: Rao is not actually a divine entity, but rather a Pseudo-Divine Terminal created as a hybridization of the man who was once the religious leader of Kandor and the cosmic threat commonly known as Brainiac. It is worth noting that the hybridization process made him immune to the standard weaknesses of the Kryptonian species.

Infinity Matrix Brainstorm & Notes

Infinity Matrix
Premise: Young and earnest are two words most people would use to describe the ICW Auror known as Harry Potter, but he himself would use the words foolhardy and reckless, which would perfectly describe how his forehead became the new home for an incredibly powerful pseudo-magical gemstone! «Cosmic!Harry»
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must accept an offer to become one of the ICW’s premier Aurors shortly after finishing his time at the Auror Academy in Great Britain.
- Furthermore, he must be in the German theater that Loki lays siege to during the first Avengers movie when that attack occurs.
- Harry must put forth every effort to confiscate that scepter due to his belief that it is some manner of dark artefact, and while he is successful, he must fail to obliviate anyone.
- The Mind Stone must recognize Harry as the Master of Death and forge a bond between the two of them that results in the gem becoming permanently fused to his forehead.
- Due to this fusion, Harry’s intellect must be supercharged to the point where he can easily see how wizarding society is taking advantage of him and work his way around these manipulations.
- Harry must also begin building a financial empire for himself that is based entirely on the fusion of magic with technology, which means that not even Tony Stark will be able to compete.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should use a glamour to conceal the presence of the Mind Stone while moving around in the Muggle World so that he doesn’t draw unwanted attention to himself.
- Harry’s theft of the Mind Stone should draw Nick Fury’s ire towards him, even if the man won’t actually do anything to Harry unless he starts using the stone for malevolent purposes.
- Unlike Tony, Harry’s business should be focused primarily on providing relief and aid to those who live in regions that are being devastated by war, famine and other similar conditions.
Optional Inclusions:
- While the relief and aid missions of Harry’s business are the primary aspects, there could also be a smaller private branch that is devoted to fusing combat magic with technology.
- Harry’s romantic pairings are entirely optional, so long as Ginny and Hermione aren’t involved.

Complications
- Fame: Harry is famous within wizarding society for the part he played in vanquishing the dark wizard who styled himself as "Lord Voldemort."
- Honor: Harry will always keep his word of honor, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in his dealings.
- Impulsive: Harry is a tempestuous young man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by people who might have some idea what they are talking about.
- Motivation: Protector: Harry is highly motivated to use his powers to protect others. He willingly puts himself at risk to defend innocents and those he cares about.
- Nemesis: Nick Fury doesn't like the fact that Harry stole the Chitauri Scepter right out from under his nose, and regularly sends S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives to harass Harry, even while making sure that they know not to arrest the young business tycoon unless they actually catch him using the gem for nefarious purposes.
- Power Loss: The Mind Stone is semi-sentient, and will occasionally "rebel" against Harry if he begins acting counter to the Gem's wishes. When this occurs, he'll lose access to The Mind Stone array and The Infinity Matrix power suite until such time as his actions align with the wishes of his Infinity Gem.
- Relationships: Harry retains a strong loyalty to past friends, such as Hermione Weasley (née Granger), Neville Longbottom and Luna Scamander (née Lovegood). He is also the godfather of Theodore 'Teddy' Lupin and as such, is on call in case Teddy's grandmother needs him for any reason.
- Secret Keeper: Harry is fully aware of Thanos's existence and interest in the Infinity Gems. As such, he is going to great lengths in order to keep his possession of the Mind Stone concealed from the Mad Titan; because he'll become the single most wanted man in the galaxy the instant Thanos discovers the gem's location.

Complications
- Indecisive: Wanda's lack of tactical training can leave her rather flat-footed during combat encounters. - Motivation: Justice: Wanda holds Tony Stark and much of America responsible for the damage that was wrought to both her own family and to Sokovia as a whole. She wants to get even by any means, but also doesn't want to cross too many lines while doing so.
- Power Loss: Wanda's Infinity Matrix powers are reliant upon movement and mental focus, which means that her enemies can stop her from using her powers by restricting her ability to move and/or disrupting her concentration.

Scion X Brainstorm & Notes

Scion X
Premise: Nathaniel Summers should have known that traveling through time would have consequences. He just never expected to learn that he had a daughter, and that she died before he ever got to meet her. Nor did he ever want to see the day when his entire family was furious with him for abandoning his grandson; who is a boy that answers to the name of Harry Potter.
Required Inclusions:
- Cable must travel through time to the Great Britain of 1959, and stay there for both the three months leading up to May 13th and the two months following that date.
- During this time, Cable must meet, fall in love and have intimate relations with Juniper Evans, who was widowed at some point between Petunia’s birth and her first encounter with Cable.
- This means that Cable is unwittingly the father of Lily Evans, and therefore also the grandfather of the young hero known as Harry Potter.
- Harry must inherit his grandfather’s psychic powers, while also somehow managing to dodge the bullet that is known as the Techno-Organic Virus. Lily may or may not have these powers.
- As far as wizarding society is concerned, Harry will be regarded as a Natural Legilimens, and will be viewed with considerable suspicion if his status as such becomes known to the public.
- Since he is a full-scale telepath, instead of simply being a Natural Legilimens, Harry must have a far easier time protecting the sanctity of his mind in this scenario than he did in canon.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry’s psychic powers should eventually be on par with those of his grandfather, who was, and I quote, “the world’s most powerful telepath” (Cable & Deadpool, Issue 22, Page 17).
- Harry’s relationship with Hope Summers, who is actually his adoptive aunt, should be like that of a brother and sister since she’ll actually be younger than he is in this scenario.
- Harry should begin exercising extreme caution when interacting with Professor Charles Xavier after noticing how remarkably similar his ideology is to that of Headmaster Albus Dumbledore.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry’s unification of the Deathly Hallows could make him the “Champion of Death” instead of the “Master” thereof, but the specific nature of this new title is entirely discretionary.
- Harry could become romantically involved with Illyana Rasputin and/or the Stepford Cuckoos.

- Fame: Harry is famous within wizarding society for the part he played in vanquishing the dark wizard who styled himself as "Lord Voldemort."

- Impulsive: Harry is a tempestuous young man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by people who might have some idea what they are talking about.
- Motivation: Protector: Harry is highly motivated to use his powers to protect others. He willingly puts himself at risk to defend innocents and those he cares about.
- Phoenix Spark: According to Lilandra of the Shi'ar, Harry carries the Grey Genome, and thus qualifies as a potential avatar for the Phoenix Force. What makes this truly frightening is that even without the Phoenix Force, Harry is already a force to be reckoned with since he is on a comparable level of power to the alternate reality version of his grandfather known as Nathaniel Grey. Unfortunately, this fact also makes him a potential target for the Shi'ar Death Commandoes.
- Power Loss: Harry's psychic powers require a significant amount of focus, so attacks which disrupt his ability to concentrate can cause him to lose access to those powers, even if only temporarily. Furthermore, his ability to cast spells also requires him to be able to make the appropriate wand gestures and speak the associated incantations, so gagging him, or restricting his freedom of movement can disrupt his ability to use magic.
- Relationships: Harry is the son of the late Lily Potter (née Evans) and her husband James. Which means that he is the grandson of Nathanial 'Cable' Summers, and great-grandson of Madelyne Summers (née Pryor) and her husband Scott, as well as the step-grandson of Jean Summers (née Grey). Of course, both women tend to consider Harry to be a member of their own lineage, which makes sense considering they are essentially the same person.
- Significant Others: Harry has begun to express a romantic interest in the Stepford Cuckoos, and that interest has apparently sparked a returned interest from the sisters known as Irma and Celeste.

Complications
- Can't Go Out in Public: Laurie's mutation is so incredibly obvious that she really can't leave the school without drawing the unwanted attention of Anti-Mutant Activists and Sentinel Robots.
- Clothing Damage: Laurie tends to go through a lot of clothes because most of her outfits get torn to shreds when she shifts into her Alternate Form. Fortunately, this doesn't actually apply to outfits that are crafted from Unstable Molecules, such as the standard X-Men Uniform.
- Motivation: Protector: Laurie feels an undying sense of gratitude towards Hope and Harry for helping her through the pain of her mutant awakening, and will do whatever it takes to keep them both safe from harm.
- One of Us: Transonic is Insight Impaired when attempting to resist the influence of any Interaction checks that Hope Summers makes in regards to her and/or the Lights as a whole.
- Troubled Past: Laurie attempted to commit suicide in order to end the pain she was experiencing while her mutation was activating for the first time, and she would have succeeded in this effort if not for the timely arrival of Harry Potter and Hope Summers.

Complications
- Accident: Hope's mutant powers are not fully under control and can generate power levels that are potentially dangerous to the people and environments around her.
- Destiny: Hope is destined to form an incredibly powerful bond with the Phoenix Force, and then ultimately give up all of that Phenomenal Cosmic Power so that it doesn't corrupt her pure soul.
- Impulsive: Hope isn't above badmouthing Emma Frost for her illicit affair with Scott Summers, and is more than willing to do it right in front of said woman. She's also been known to criticize her adoptive grandfather for the way in which he runs the X-Men, which is something Harry's started doing as well.
- Motivation: Thrills: Hope was raised in a post-apocalyptic reality, and now she's living in a world which still has a fully functioning society. Naturally, she's very, very eager to try as many forms of entertainment as she can get access to in as short a span of time as possible!
- Quirk: Hope is blunt and abrasive a lot of the time, and not always very kind to her Lights, even while still being very, very protective of them. Several people have already noted that she is a stunning example of what Harry might have become if Cable had been involved in the boy's upbringing.
- Relationships: Not only is Hope an adoptive member of the Phoenix Lineage, but her biological mother was a firefighter prior to her unfortunate demise. This means that every role model in Hope's life has been a hero!
- Responsibility: Hope was raised by a man who thought she would be the savior of all mutants everywhere in the entire world, and while her training didn't really teach her how she was going to accomplish that goal, she is really, really good at saving the lives of mutants who are in danger of being killed. She's also painfully aware of just how "on the nose" her given name is with the life goal her father set for her.
- Temper: Hope doesn't particularly like being compared to her step-grandmother, even if the comparison is actually valid ("I'm not your dead wife, Scott."). She's also got a rather fiery temper to go along with her red hair.
- Villain Magnet: Hope has been attracting the unwanted attention of adult villainous individuals since the day she was born! Now that she's a teenager, she also has to deal with the unwanted romantic attention of teenage villains.

Hope is often called "The Mutant Messiah", so giving her the code name "Kyria" is about par for the course since Kyria is the feminine form of Kyrios. I will also note that she is massively undercapped for a reason.
