Complications
- Bane: Due to her large wings, Shayera is considered to be Hindered and Vulnerable whenever she's in a body of water with a depth greater than her own height.
- Honor: Shayera follows a strict code of honor when it comes to fights, and even when not fighting. She obeys the rules of fair play and hospitality, and may even pick up other odd and restrictive rules to add to her code of honor as she gets older.
- Motivation: Responsibility: Shayera has been sent to Earth in advance of the Thanagarian invasion force in hopes that she might act as an effective scout and determine Earth’s weaknesses should Thanagar's enemies, the Gordanians, attack. Her cover story was that she happened to be tracking criminals to their fortress when she was unexpectedly teleported to Earth.
- Power Loss: If something were to disrupt the power source that supplies Shayera's mace with it's energetic aura, then it would immediately stop being capable of generating light via the power of the same name, and it's damage ranks would gain the Impaired condition.
- Significant Other: Shayera is the reincarnation of both Chay-Ara Hol and also Lily Potter, which means that she subconsciously recognizes Harry Potter as her own son.
- Taphophobia: Shayera's greatest fear is being trapped in a coffin and buried alive, and this fear only increases if it were to involve having her wings restrained.
- Temper: Common things that you might hear Shayera say include: "Less talking, more hitting!" or "Excuse me, Hawkgirl Smash!" and various other things of the sort. In other words, she has a warrior's temperament.

The Hertogi of Niflheim Brainstorm & Notes

The Hertogi of Niflheim
- Premise: Harry Potter could remember Ron Weasley asking, “When you say ‘Master of Death’ -”, only for Xenophilius Lovegood to respond by saying “Master. Conqueror. Vanquisher. Whichever term you prefer.” Unfortunately, it would seem that Xenophilius had vastly underestimated his new lot in life.
Required Inclusions:
- The act of uniting the Deathly Hallows, along with the willing sacrifice of his life, must act as a catalyst for Harry Potter, allowing him to become something more than a simple wizard.
- As a result of this confluence, Harry must become the new Vardlokker of Asgard, or in other words, the guardian of Asgardian knowledge and warden of Héla’s prison.
- Harry must begin the story with a level of strength that rivals the Warriors Three, but which isn’t anywhere close to being on par with the true powers of Asgard.
- Héla must quickly discover that the new terms of her prison sentence ensure that she must remain within a certain radius of Harry or risk becoming little more than a simple human.
- As such, Héla must also do everything in her power to ensure that Harry is worthy of spending time in her presence, only to discover that she is quickly falling in love with the young hero.
- Naturally, this means that the primary romantic pairing for this story will involve Harry and Héla, however other girls are permissible if they can prove their worth to Héla.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should somehow manage to befriend both Bruce Banner and The Hulk, allowing him to act as a form of pacifying agent to the Angry Green Giant.
- One of the girls who manages to prove their worth to Héla should actually be none other than Gabrielle Delacour, who could have the agility to dance around Héla’s attacks during a spar.
- Lily should still be alive, but ignorant of her son’s survival, and should also be living with one of James’s relatives in the Colonies. It is suggested that this relative be a Marvel character.
Optional Inclusions:
- Héla could have a suit of Asgardian Armor and an Uru Metal sword commissioned for her intended after Harry proves that he knows how to use a sword.
- Lily could also be studying magic under the Ancient One at Kamar-Taj.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry becoming romantically involved with a male.
- Harry the Dark Emo Doormat.

Complications
- Confined: Héla can only leave Niflheim if she does so in order to travel to Harry's current location. She is also unable to leave his Visual Perception Range while residing on the same planet as her new Keeper. However, to accommodate these limitations, she can employ a Power Stunt that replicates Harry's "Call Bifrost" ability without needing to expend Extra Effort in order to activate it. What truly makes this a complication however, is that Harry can "Banish" her just as easily as she can turn up, and when he does so, she is unable to return to his location for at least twenty-four hours.
- Curse Sworn: Héla can't actually do anything to hurt Harry due to the nature of the spells which bind her to him. Which means she'll actually have to reform her ways if she ever wishes to be freed from her captivity.
- Life Linked: Héla draws power from Asgard, which means that she'll experience great pain, and could possibly even die, if Asgard were to ever be destroyed.
- Long Forgotten: Héla's father has made every effort to erase her from the history of Asgard, making it all but impossible for her to ever enter the blessed realm of Valhalla when she inevitably reaches the end of her life. Her only hope now, is to make a new impression on history now that she has a more benevolent warden.
- Motivation: Recognition: Héla is entirely motivated by an earnest desire to regain a place for both herself and her warriors within the hallowed realms of Folkvang and Valhalla.
- Quirk: Héla is currently a firm believer in the "as the size of an explosion increases, the number of social situations it is incapable of solving approaches zero" principle. Naturally, this is something which will cause massive friction in her relationship with Harry.
- Secret: Part of what led to Héla's imprisonment is that she slaughtered everyone who had been in the Royal Palace of Asgard on the day of her imprisonment. This more than likely included the woman who gave birth to her, as Héla is not the daughter of Odin's current Queen.

Builder's Comments
I noticed that a lot of people have criticized the creators of the Thor comics for using the name "Hela" for this character when the actual Queen of Helheim in Norse Mythology was named "Hel", and that they try to justify this by pointing out that Hela is not a Norse name. However, it turns out that it actually is a Norse word when you put an Acute Diacritical Mark over the E, and one which translates into English as "Rime" or "Hoarfrost", which is actually fitting for Héla given that the realm she governs is supposed to be just as cold as Jötunheim.

- Marked: Gabrielle is an Unmated Veela, which means that she bears a Veela Mating Brand on the back of her neck. This brand, which takes the form of her True Name in Ancient Veelish, can be used in conjunction with one of the feathers from her wings and an Ancient Veelish incantation, to compel her to perform a solitary action as though she had been placed under the Imperius Curse. It can also be used with another Ancient Veelish incantation in order to force her to reveal her Veela heritage even if she doesn't wish to do such a thing.
- Motivation: Recognition: Gabrielle wishes to be recognized as a viable mate by Harry Potter, and will do just about anything it takes in order to accomplish that goal.
- Relationships: Gabi is the younger of Apolline and Jacques Delacour's two children, with her elder sister, Fleur, having been the French Champion in the recent Triwizard Tournament. This means that Bill Weasley will become Lord Delacour Jure Uxoris when his wife becomes the new Lady Delacour.

Complications
- Amnesia: Lily can't remember anything that happened to her between her eleventh birthday and the night of Halloween in her 21st year of life. She also can't remember where either her sister or best friend live, which is a problem for her as Severus would likely know what went wrong with her memory and how to fix it based on all his assurances that magic was real. This is largely why she sought out the Ancient One, and eventually became as skilled at magic as she now is. Unfortunately, not even that has aided her in recovering her lost time.
- Enemies: Anyone who would dare to invade the Earth Realm from outside of it, but especially Dormammu.

Complications
- Fame: As the proud symbol of America, Cap is the one most-affected by attacks against her, as well as the target of her enemies. He also feels it the most when America has lost its way. Of course, this isn't helped by the fact that every single Muggle on Midgard knows Captain America's "Civilian" identity.
- Motivation: Patriotism: Steve will do everything he possibly can to defend Truth, Justice and the American Way.
- Power Loss: Tony Stark will occasionally replace Steve's shield with a virtually identical replica that was forged from Secondary Adamantium, which actually can be destroyed by particularly powerful enemies (such as Hela). This means that Steve will occasionally lose access to the shield's powers until he manages to reclaim his true and proper shield.
- Pulls His Punches Gracefully: Steve absolutely refuses to use the Power Attack advantage on mundane human beings, and voluntarily suffers the Impaired condition on his Attack rolls and Active Defenses when forced into battle with said mundanes.
- Rivalry: Steve and Tony Stark are great friends, and have an important history, but they argue as often as not, and have had several tiffs. Sometimes, they act like old, spurned lovers.

Complications
- Exterminate, Annihilate, Destroy: General Thaddeus Ross is constantly trying to find the Hulk so that he can then bring as much military force as he can muster against the Angry Green Giant in hopes that it will end the ongoing National Security Threat that the Hulk represents for the United States.
- Hulking Out: The Hulk’s physical powers scale in proportion to his anger and decrease when he is calm. Effects that neutralize the Hulk’s anger also reduce the power of his Strength, Stamina, Impervious Toughness, Leaping, Regeneration and Feats of Strength. Those traits suffer the Impaired condition if Hulk fails his resistance check by one degree, the Disabled condition if he fails by two degrees, and he reverts back to his civilian identity (See Bruce Banner) if he fails by three or more degrees.
- Motivation: Acceptance: The Hulk wants what most people want, to be accepted for who he is, instead of being continually feared or hunted due to all the property destruction he tends to cause.

Complications
- Bane: Banner regularly has to replace everything he owns, including his clothes, simply because the Hulk can't distinguish between what belongs to Banner and what belongs to their enemies when he starts Smashing things.
- Motivation: Reparations: Bruce travels the world helping those in need in hopes that it will eventually make up for all the devastation his alter ego unleashes whenever he wakes up.
- Secret: Bruce is ALWAYS angry, and as such, can voluntarily transform into the Hulk whenever he wants to and in doing so, can partially control who the Hulk decides to attack. This becomes a complication however, because it means it is far easier for someone (like Loki) to provoke an Uncontrolled Transformation (see below).
- Uncontrolled Transformation: Bruce will automatically transform into the Hulk when he is suffering from extreme stress, terror or pain. The Hulk is at his most dangerous when Banner transforms due these factors, as the behemoth will attack anything and everything that enters its field of vision, regardless of whether it is friend or foe.

It's a Date Brainstorm & Notes

It’s a Date
Premise: Everyone always thought that Harry Potter would follow in his father’s footsteps, and to an extent, he did. You see, he was an incredibly gifted Dark Wizard Catcher with a thing for women with a particular color of hair; however unlike his father, Harry’s interests in women lay with blondes, not redheads! «EWE»
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must seek gainful employment with the International Confederation of Wizards as a member of the magical equivalent to Interpol, and must also be a businessman on top of that.
- At some point, preferably in the first chapter or two, Harry must travel to the MaCUSA on a matter of business and eventually find his way to a nightclub where he’ll encounter Amora.
- After a few dances together, Amora must attempt to use her Enchanted Kiss on Harry, only to be surprised when it has no effect on our young hero.
- As a result of this, Amora must take a keen interest in Harry and agree to his attempts to court her on a more long term basis.
- Of course, this wouldn’t be a Harry Potter story if there wasn’t conflict, so Harry, Amora and the other members of Harry’s “Alliance of Magical Heroes” must regularly encounter enemies.
- Harry must receive the usual “Boon” that Mistress Death is known for after he unites the Deathly Hallows without actually needing any of them other than the Cloak.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Amora should eventually become the new Lady Potter, giving her the status she always desired, even if it is only on Earth.
- Amora should also teach Harry how to perform magic without the assistance of a wand, even if he will likely still use said implement for precision spellcasting.
- There should be at least a few Death Eaters who escaped justice at the end of the second Blood War that act as regular antagonists for Harry and his allies.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could take Stephen Strange’s place as the new Sorcerer Supreme in this story.
- In addition to Amora, Harry could form a romantic connection with Emma Frost, Daphne Greengrass and/or Gabrielle Delacour.
Forbidden Things:
- Amora continuing her obsession with Thor.

Prince of Olympus Brainstorm & Notes

Prince of Olympus
Premise: Diana wasn’t the only child of the gods to be born amongst mortals; there was another, born of Might and Magic who was destined to be a great hero… or the ruin of us all!
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must possess a Light (Good) or Gray (Neutral) moral alignment, while his ethical alignment has been left open to the author’s interpretation.
- Harry must be quite powerful, as befits the son of the most powerful Olympian god. However, he must also grow into that power, rather than gaining it all at once.
- Lily must have been seduced by Zeus while he was in the form of a Stag, without ever realizing that the stag in question wasn’t her husband.
- Harry must inherit the Divine Atmokinesis that Zeus is most well known for, although when he actually discovers these abilities has also been left open to the author’s interpretation.
- Diana must be made aware of her Half-Brother’s existence and seek him out so that she can aid him in becoming the hero he was always meant to be.
- If the Justice League is involved, then one of the male members must become a surrogate father figure for Harry, while Diana herself becomes a surrogate mother to the boy.
Preferred Inclusions:
- This story should be a full crossover between Potterverse and one of the various DC franchises, though which one is up to the author.
- There should be other demigods who act as both allies and enemies for Harry, although the exact heritage of these demigods will vary from one DC continuity to the next.
- Harry should inherit/acquire a suit of divine armor and a divine weapon after he encounters his half-sister for the first time, as Diana won’t let him be a hero without such accoutrements.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could receive advanced training in magic from either Constantine or Zatanna, if not both.
- One of the rituals Voldemort performs could give him access to the same degree of physical strength as an Olympian demigod.

- Holding Back: Sun-Dipped: In the event that over half of her team has been incapacitated, or when countless innocent lives are in jeopardy, Kara can spend a Hero Point and perform a DC 20 Will Resistance Check in order to fly into the sun and unleash her maximum potential, transforming into her "Sun-Dipped Supergirl" form. This complication does not reward a Hero Point.
- Impulsive: Kara is known for charging into battle without taking the time to assess whether or not she's biting off more than she can chew.

- Marked: As an Unmated Veela, Fleur possesses a Mating Brand on the back of her neck. This brand takes the form of her True Name in Ancient Veelish and can be used in conjunction with one of the feathers from her wings and an Ancient Veelish incantation to compel her to perform a solitary action as though she had been placed under the Imperius Curse. It can also be used with another Ancient Veelish incantation in order to force Fleur into revealing her true nature even when she doesn't wish to do such a thing.
- Motivation: Recognition: Fleur will soon decide to participate in the Triwizard Tournament because she wants to prove her worth to the other students of Beauxbatons.

Unbreakable Brainstorm & Notes

Unbreakable
Premise: What if Lily Evans had been abducted by forces unknown prior to her marriage to James Potter, leading to a Close Encounter of the Seventh Kind with the Archdemon known as Trigon? Well, it would mean that Raven had an elder brother, one who was destined for great things!
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must be the Half-Demon progeny of the Demon Lord known as Trigon the Terrible. It is up to the author to determine how this was accomplished.
- Harry must be at least two years older than his half-sister, Rachel Roth, with his powers being under fewer restrictions than the “Sons of Trigon” in that he isn’t tied to a single Cardinal Sin.
- Harry’s true demonic form must possess pale ash-like skin, glowing red eyes as well as his standard black hair; however, he should also have a way to conceal this bizarre appearance.
- Harry must possess similar empathic abilities to those which Raven usually demonstrates, albeit at a higher level due to being older, and thus stronger, than his sister.
- Harry’s demonic nature must serve to grant him a degree of superhuman strength, durability, agility and an enhanced intellect.
- Trigon must attempt to use Harry as a doorway into the Earth Realm during the first few chapters of the story, only for their mutual attention to shift towards Raven after he fails.

- Harry should form a romantic bond with at least one of the following: Cassie Sandsmark, Shayera Hol, Zatanna Zatara, Fleur Delacour, Susan Bones or Daphne Greengrass.
- Harry should drop out of Hogwarts so that he can look for his sister and then provide her with a secure home once he locates Raven.
- Harry should be a fair bit more ruthless towards those criminals who he considers to be irredeemable, such as the Joker, than the Batman would probably approve of.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry’s empathic abilities could have been destabilized by Snape’s attempts to ‘teach’ him how to use Occlumency, leading to any number of complications when he uses those powers.
- Harry could also form a romantic connection with his sister, much to everyone’s bemusement.
Forbidden Things:
- Dumbledore simply allowing Harry to walk away from his destiny.
- Harry the Emo Dark Lord.
