Complications
- Bloodthirst: Aya must make a DC 23 Will resistance check whenever she refrains from consuming blood for an extended period of time. Failure on this check forces her into a feeding frenzy that can only be halted when someone manages to incapacitate her.
- Creature of Darkness: Aya suffers an additional degree of effect when defending herself from attacks which possess the Radiant, Fire or Silver descriptors. This penalty even applies to her own Shadowflare attacks, since they are composed of an even mixture of fire and darkness.
- Honor: Aya will always keep her word of honor, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in her dealings.
- Motivation: Responsibility: As the first and oldest Vampire, Aya is responsible for ensuring that her people are safe and protected from those who would be far happier seeing the Kindred hunted into extinction, which primarily means that she is responsible for protecting them from the Church and the Wand-Wavers.
- Vampiric Aversion: Garlic can be used to hold Aya at bay. This is treated as though it were a rank 15 Cumulative Affliction (Will Resist; 1st: Entranced, 2nd: Compelled [to Stay Away], 3rd: Controlled [to Go Away]), with the result being that Aya must remain 5 feet from the triggering stimuli. She must also be able to smell the triggering stimuli in order for this complication to activate.
- Vulnerability: Aya is Vision Impaired when exposed to Bright Light, like that of which comes from the sun at high noon.

- Enemy: Isabel would be wise to consider Rizevim Livan Lucifer and his cohorts within the fugitive organization of Qlippoth as her enemies.
- Honor: Isabel will always keep her word of honor, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in her dealings.
- Invitation Required: Isabel can't cross into someone's home without an invitation (forced or willing) from one of the mortals who call that dwelling their home. Businesses, temporary housing and unowned homes do not offer their occupants this form of protection.
- Motivation: Patriotism: As the Ruler of the Carmilla Faction, Isabel is entirely devoted to the protection and welfare of her people.
- Nemesis: The vast majority of the Carmilla Faction's male population essentially count as a nemesis for their female counterparts.
- Secret Identity: Isabel actually is the Blood Countess, Elizabeth Báthory de Ecsed. Naturally, she doesn't actually want people to remind her of that unfortunate time in her young unlife, which is why she has chosen to change her name.
- Vampiric Aversions: Water, Garlic and Holy Symbols can be used to hold Isabel at bay. These are treated as though they were a rank 15 Cumulative Affliction (Will Resist; 1st: Entranced, 2nd: Compelled [to Stay Away], 3rd: Controlled [to Go Away]), with the result being that Isabel must remain 5 feet from the triggering stimuli. Complications
- Guy Magnet: Daphne tends to attract male attention wherever she goes due to the fact that she is possibly the single most attractive Pure-Blood Witch of her generation. Unfortunately, the only boy she is interested in (aka Harry Potter) doesn't seem to realize that she's actually a girl.
- Honor: Daphne will always keep her word of honor, and strives to uphold the common good.
- Motivation: Protector: Daphne will do whatever it takes to keep her loved ones safe from harm, and it is only her sense of honor that prevents her from becoming truly yandere in her attempts to achieve that goal.
- Relationships: Daphne is the elder sister of the new Lady Astoria Malfoy, and therefore the sister-in-law to Lord Draco Malfoy. She is also the best friend of a young woman known as Tracey Davis, and eldest daughter of the late Elizabeth Greengrass (née Rosier). However, she forcibly removed her father from the Greengrass Family Register after he was caught in Death Eater regalia during the Battle of Hogwarts.
- Responsibility: Daphne is the co-owner and primary administrative official for an incredibly profitable Curse-Breaking Agency. This means she is regularly tasked with meeting clients to discuss their desires and draw up operation contracts, as well as signing off on all the parchment work which is required to ensure the company stays in operation. She is also the person who regularly has to try and coerce Harry into handling his share of the parchmentwork and meetings.
- Tsun~!: Calling Daphne an "Ice Princess" is a surefire way to get yourself hexed by the girl, as she worked really hard to earn the "Ice Queen" epithet. She's also been known to turn into a blushing and stuttering mess whenever Harry decides to address her as "Yukihime-chan."

Complications
- Lareina Jenkins: Xenovia is someone who takes Harry's tendency to rush into places where angels fear to tread to the Nth Degree. She doesn't know the meaning of the word "fear", and "retreat" was also removed from her internal lexicon. For her, the only word that matters is "Attack! Attack! Attack!"
- Motivation: Justice: Xenovia sees absolutely nothing wrong with killing Devils, Vampires and even exiled members of the Church, because she has been raised to believe that such indviduals are inherently evil. Naturally, this means her beliefs and the parameters of her current mission will soon come into conflict.
- Responsibility: Xenovia is one of two exorcists who got sent to Kuoh Town by the church for the express purpose of brokering a non-aggression pact with the Devils who occupy that tone so that they will have help when attempting to retrieve several stolen fragments of the most famous Holy Sword in the entire world.
- Trait of Consequence: Xenovia's understanding of the Japanese language is not currently at the level which would meet their definition of the word "Literate", since she only knows how to form the letters in the Japanese alphabet, rather than also knowing the 100 most common Kanji (out of thousands).

Dragonsong Brainstorm & Notes

Dragonsong
Premise: Harry’s luck had always been rather extreme. His one good deed in the magical side of Japan in saving an unknown breed of dragon from poachers wound up netting him a new flatmate. And he was only there for a vacation… May you live in interesting times indeed. Bloody Chinese proverb…
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must travel to Japan at some point between the end of his disastrous Fifth Year at Hogwarts and the immediate aftermath of the final battle with Voldemort.
- During his time in Japan, Harry must stumble upon a group of individuals who are attempting to subdue a Dragon whose species our hero will fail to recognize.
- Of course, Harry’s “Saving People Thing” must kick in, but with him deciding to save the dragon instead of the humans who are attacking the beautiful creature.
- Harry must ensure the dragon is uninjured once he’s finished subduing her assailants, and then attempt to be on his way. Whether he calls Magical Law Enforcement or not is optional.
- The dragon Harry just saved must actually be Kazarishi no Suki, a female High Class Dragon who only just reached the age where she can leave her mother’s nest to claim her own territory.
- Suki must develop a strong infatuation towards Harry as a direct result of his intervention in her life, leading to her refusal to leave his side for very long.
- Furthermore, Suki must put forth the effort needed in order to develop the ability to transform into an equally beautiful humanoid woman.
- Harry must eventually succumb to Suki’s womanly charms, with the two quickly falling in love with one another. Other women are allowed into the pairing if they get Suki’s blessing.
- Harry must be considered a Modified Human for a variety of reasons, which means that he’ll eventually come into conflict with the Hero Faction due to their hatred of nonhuman heroes.
- Harry must eventually acquire the skills necessary to defend himself even without the benefit of a wand, since any supernatural being worth its salt can snap a wand six ways to Sunday.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry’s Patronus charm should be so powerful that it even makes the Four Maous uncomfortable and could prove very dangerous for those Devils of lower classes.
- The community Harry was vacationing in should have been relatively close to Kyoto, with his actions earning him an audience with Lady Yasaka.
- Suki should be very aware of what her humanoid form can do to heterosexual men like Harry and take great joy in flaunting her curves in front of him while dressed in as little as possible.
- Suki could enjoy teasing her boyfriend by describing how much she would enjoy gobbling him right up, fully aware of what the sexual innuendo is doing to him.
- The various breeds of Dragons known to Wizardkind should actually be Wyverns since they only have one pair of legs.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could send Prongs after Issei once he learns that the young Devil has used Dress Break on one of the girls associated with the House of Potter.
- Suki could discover and sing the “Dragonsong” theme from Final Fantasy XIV, leaving her audience in awe of her voice and the subject matter of the lyrics.
- Harry could become Yasaka’s Pact Magician and serve as one of her Court Advisors.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry being the vessel for either of the Heavenly Dragons.
- Harry and Suki, the Malevolent Emo Doormats.
- Harry engaging in a romance with a man.
- Suki abandoning Harry and vice versa.

- Enemies: There are an awful lot of magical humans who would like to capture Suki and place her in a specially designed cage at the nearest Dragon Reserve so that she is safe from all potential harm until she reaches an appropriate culling age.
- Fame: Suki is famous in the wider supernatural world for being the Dragon Companion of the Man Who Conquered, which is basically the same thing as when a lesser creature forms a Familiar Bond with a witch or wizard.
- Motivation: Recognition: Suki would like it more than anything if Harry Potter recognized her as a viable romantic partner. To this end, she has begun following him around on his many adventures,

Complications
- Enemies: There are an awful lot of magical humans who would like to capture Suki and place her in a specially designed cage at the nearest Dragon Reserve so that she is safe from all potential harm until she reaches an appropriate culling age.
- Fame: Suki is famous in the wider supernatural world for being the Dragon Companion of the Man Who Conquered, which is basically the same thing as when a lesser creature forms a Familiar Bond with a witch or wizard.
- Motivation: Recognition: Suki would like it more than anything if Harry Potter recognized her as a viable romantic partner. To this end, she has begun following him around on his many adventures,

The Chosen Ones
Premise: Sigurd and Brynhild's love ended badly; but death is not always the end. After all, Sigurd has just been reincarnated as a very special wizard, and recently reclaimed his famous sword, Gram. It only stands to reason that he’ll soon encounter a very beautiful Valkyrie… «Inspired by, but not a response to, Quatermass’s “Volsung Saga, Renewed” challenge»
Required Inclusions:
- This story must involve a merger between the universes of Harry Potter, High School DxD and Type-Moon’s Fate/Grand Order. Although, the latter will only be for character inspiration.
- Harry Potter must be the reincarnation of Sigurd, the ill-fated lover of the Valkyrie known as Brynhildr Odinsdottir, although Harry’s fate must be far brighter than his previous incarnation.
- Harry’s primary romantic pairing must be Brynhildr, and while other girls can become involved Harry must at least attempt to maintain his devotion to Brynhildr.
- Harry must regain his memories as Sigurd prior to his initial encounter with Brynhildr, or at the very least he must regain them the very moment he lays eyes on the girl of his dreams.
- If Harry regains his memories prior to when he would have graduated from Hogwarts, then he must be able to use Runic Magic in order to shift into an adult form to match his beloved.
- Harry must replicate his Nasuverse counterpart’s determination to take Brynhild’s yandere tendencies in stride and help her through some of her more difficult episodes of violence.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should be one of several notable reincarnations from the time era which the famous mythographer Snorri Sturluson recounted in his epic poem, the Volsunga Saga.
- Harry and his beloved should become involved in the events surrounding the inhabitants of Kuoh Town, with Harry becoming most wroth if Issei ever dares to use Dress Break on Brynhild.
- The Deathly Hallows should be relics that were created by Odin himself as a way to select the next Commander-in-Chief of the Valkyrion, as his sons were Unworthy of the position back then.

- Lily Potter (nee Evans) could have become a Valkyrie after sacrificing her life for Harry.

The Hero and the Kindred
Premise: Harry had more people in his corner than even he realized. It was just that Headmaster Dumbledore didn't want them to approach the boy and muck up his carefully laid plans. But sooner or later, those shadowy allies were bound to find a way to meet the so-called Hero of Wizarding Britain.
Required Inclusions:
- While the Carmilla and Tepes Kindred Factions are currently in a Civil War, they actually agree not to support Voldemort’s reign of terror. Only Low-class Vampires actively support Voldemort.
- Pure-Blood Kindred are more than capable of having children, but suffer from the same low birth rates as members of the Three Biblical Factions.
- Queen Isabel Carmilla must monitor Harry Potter’s progress over the years using a combination of human servants and scrying, since his summer home has phenomenal wards.
- Isabel must be interested in Harry because, like all supernatural women, she is attracted to power, and also since his mother created several potions that could benefit the Kindred.
- To gain Harry’s support, Isabel must be as frank and honest about her motives as possible, but must also admit that some of the secrets she holds aren’t hers to share.
- Harry must be informed about his godfather’s will reading by an OotP member, and make his way to Gringotts on the appropriate date rather than letting Dumbledore handle everything.
- The pairings will be left to the author's discretion, but it is recommended that Isabel be a part of Harry’s romantic life, even if she isn’t the only girl that he’s involved with.
- In exchange for a political alliance and his mother's potion notes, Isabel must arrange for her best warriors to train Harry so he can survive his fateful clash with the Dark Lord Voldemort.
- Isabel must either be able to remove the Scar Horcrux herself, or know someone that she can get in touch with who will be able to perform the removal for Harry at her request.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Isabel should use her feminine attributes as an incentive for Harry to complete the training that her warriors have in store for him. What this means is up to the author.
- Isabel should send her most subtle warriors to assassinate the Death Eaters who are locked inside of Azkaban Prison after Harry informs her of the events that led to Sirius Black’s demise.
- Harry should perform the elaborate ritual that is required to become an Animagus, with his desired form being some manner of avian creature.
- One side effect of the process that removed the Scar Horcrux from Harry is that he transformed into a Human-Vampire Hybrid, the exact reasons for this are up to the author.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could offer Isabel a pretty barrette for her hair as part of his ongoing efforts to court the beautiful vampire queen.
- Harry “saving” Ophis after she walks in on a Death Eater raid, and failing to understand why everyone is so terrified of his “cute new friend.”
Forbidden Things:
- Harry continuing to follow Dumbledore’s rules for engagement after training with the Kindred.
- Dumbledore and the Order succeeding in keeping Harry away from Isabel.
- Harry becoming romantically involved with a male.
- Harry the Malevolent & Speciesist Emo Doormat.
- Harry sacrificing his life for the Greater Good.

- Enemies: Isabel would be wise to consider Rizevim Livan Lucifer and his cohorts within the fugitive organization of Qlippoth as her enemies. She should also be remarkably wary of the individuals known as Albus Dumbledore and Tom 'Voldemort' Riddle.
- Invitation Required: Isabel can't cross into someone's home without an invitation (forced or willing) from one of the mortals who call that dwelling their home. Businesses, temporary housing and unowned homes do not offer their occupants this form of protection.
- Motivation: Patriotism: As the Ruler of the Carmilla Faction, Isabel is entirely devoted to the protection and welfare of her people. It is this desire which has led to her friendship with Harry Potter, since his mother created several potion recipes which could be of considerable benefit to Isabel's people.
- Nemesis: The vast majority of the Carmilla Faction's male population essentially count as a nemesis for their female counterparts.
- Secret Identity: Isabel actually is the Blood Countess, Elizabeth Báthory de Ecsed. Naturally, she doesn't actually want people to remind her of that unfortunate time in her young unlife, which is why she has chosen to simply change her name.
- Vampiric Aversions: Water, Garlic and Holy Symbols can be used to hold Isabel at bay. These are treated as though they were a rank 15 Cumulative Affliction (Will Resist; 1st: Entranced, 2nd: Compelled [to Stay Away], 3rd: Controlled [to Go Away]), with the result being that Isabel must remain 5 feet from the triggering stimuli. Complications
- Enemies: Ophis has made many enemies over the years since she came to earth, however none are more dangerous than those individuals she has gathered together under the banner of the Khaos Brigade.
- Motivation: Justice: Ophis wants to remove Great Red from her home within the Dimensional Gap, and is willing to do whatever it takes in order to accomplish this goal.
- Obsession: If one of Ophis' friends asks her to do something, she will fixate on that task to the exclusion of all else, even going so far as to ignore her own safety.
- Quirk: Ophis' manner of speech is extremely sparse and laconic. She's also incredibly and brutally honest, to the point where she could unintentionally get her friends arrested while attempting to describe them to a store clerk simply by describing them as thoroughly as possible.
- Reputation: Not only is Ophis considered to be the single strongest being on the Top-10 Strongest Beings List, but she is the Leader De Jure of an organization that is chock full of seditionists.

Devilish Hijinks Brainstorm & Notes

Devilish Hijinks
Premise: The first thing Sirius Black did after escaping from the Hogwarts Charms Tower, was apply for political asylum in Japan. To his utter amazement, the asylum was granted and the people in charge even demanded that he bring his godson with him. All he had to do now, was kidnap the Boy Who Lived!
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must accompany his godfather to Japan at some point between the summer after his third year at Hogwarts and the Christmas break of his fifth year.
- Sirius must take Harry to Japan in search of political asylum for the both of them, which must be granted. A plausible reason for this could be that Sirius is actively courting Lady Yasaka.
- As part of the process for being granted asylum, both Sirius and Harry must undergo thorough physical and magical examinations, which discover the Horcrux Scar.
- Sirius must educate Harry in everything he needs to know for when the boy eventually becomes the new Lord Potter-Black, as Harry will eventually succeed Sirius in the latter role.
- Sirius must enroll Harry in Kuoh Academy after they have spent at least a year, two at most, learning Japanese and acclimating to the culture and customs of their new home.
- Sirius must choose to enroll Harry in Kuoh Academy specifically because of the ratio between male and female students at the academy, and he must ‘forget’ to inform Harry as a prank.
- Harry must become involved with the Devils who call Kuoh Town their home shortly after starting his first day of classes at the eponymous academy.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should possess the Sacred Gear known as Aegis Mineralization, but due to his exposure to the Basilisk’s venom, Harry could have both a Balance Breaker & Breakdown the Beast form.
- Harry should become a member of Rias Gremory’s Peerage, using up a single Mutation Pawn, leaving Issei with 6 normal pawns and a single mutation pawn at the start of the series.
- Harry should eventually be recognized as a High-class Devil, with all the privileges and responsibilities that come from such recognition, including the right to his own Evil Pieces.
Optional Inclusions:
- There could be a story arc dedicated to resolving the conflict that arose in Great Britain after Sirius and Harry found a new home for themselves in Japan.
- Harry could have his own harem, with a few of the girls involved being ORC members.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry becoming romantically involved with a male.
- Harry the Malevolent Emo Doormat.
