Complications
- Enemy: The Dark Lord Voldemort would love it very much if Harry would just go ahead and die already. The problem is, that the Dark Lord Voldemort would much prefer it if he were the one to send Harry to his early grave.
- Fame: Harry is quite famous for having survived the Killing Curse at the age of one year old and in doing so, shattered the power of the Dark Lord Voldemort. The problem is that this same fame has recently come back to bite Harry in the arse, as people believe him to be a "no good glory hound."
- Honor: Harry would much prefer to face his opponents head on in open combat, rather than to deal with them in a much more subtle manner. That isn't to say he is incapable of operating in a subtle manner, after all, he was a plausible candidate for Slytherin's house.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry will always try to save a damsel in distress, even if that damsel is actually a guy, or even when that damsel might not be someone he really has a good relationship with.
- Split Personality: The Metamorph component of Harry's Morph power represents the fact that those with Mystic Eyes of Death Perception often have a split personality. Harry is no different, and there are times when this darker personality will come to the surface without his ability to control her.
- Temper: Harry is a tempestuous young man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.

Build Comments: My justification for the way I am having the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception work in this idea is that this is actually how the "Slay Living" spell was handled in Rogue Genius Games' Super-Powered Cleric sourcebook. This particular spell is designed to inflict substantial damage that is resisted by Fortitude, and since the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception are designed to cut special lines that keep a target alive, there is actually a chance they will survive, however slim that it might be.

Complications
- Alienated from Vampiric Society: Altrouge's decision to help mankind, rather than to prey upon them has led to her becoming alienated from Vampiric (Dead Apostle) Society, much like how Zelretch has been alienated from that same society. Though unlike Zelretch, she hasn't yet annoyed them enough to be hunted by her own kind.
- Motivation: Acceptance: Altrouge has started using her abilities for the betterment of mankind so that she can possibly gain some acceptance from the people she once preyed upon.
- Mythic Weakness: Altrouge can't stand garlic and will never eat it, nor will she enter an area laced with it. She also can't enter an area surrounded by Holy Symbols, such as a Church, although she tends to be able to ignore Holy Symbols that are presented by individual characters.
- Power Loss: Loses access to Impervious Toughness against silver or magical weapons.
- Relationship: Altrouge is utterly dependent upon Harry to satisfy her hunger, as his ability to regenerate his blood allows him to survive her nearly all consuming hunger.
- Reputation: Most humans regard Altrouge with fear, suspicion and in some cases outright hatred. This is partly what intrigues her about Harry, because he seems to hold none of those sentiments towards her.
- Weakness: Altrouge is Toughness Impaired against Fire damage. Altrouge also requires the blood of living beings in order to survive. If she doesn't drink blood regularly she will suffer as if starving, becoming Impaired after a week, followed by Disabled and Fatigued after two weeks.

Build Comments: Something I usually neglect to account for when building Altrouge, is that she is stated to have a sort of "Magical Girl" power up, which is what the "Marble Phantasm Power Up" is supposed to represent. When that thing isn't turned on, her Power Level effectively lowers down to a 9, instead of remaining at a 10. That's another thing, while I ignored Power Point limits, I left her at a Power Level cap of 10, because she is stated as being the WEAKEST of the Dead Apostle Ancestors, and it is only through her control of Primate Murder that she is thought to be the strongest.

Harry's Huntress Brainstorm & Notes

Harry’s Huntress
Premise: There was always only ever one man she would have broken her vow of chastity for, and now Atalanta finds herself staring into those same green eyes as she remembers from long ago.
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must be the reincarnation of Meleager, a former Argonaut, and a hunter who helped Atalanta bring down the Calydonian Boar.
- Harry must either summon Atalanta, or else encounter her Archer or Berserker form.
- The pairing must be Harry / Atalanta, although a multi-pairing is acceptable (see below). However, Atalanta must be conflicted given her vow of chastity to Artemis.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Crossover with Fate/Apocrypha.
- Wrong Boy/Girl Who Lived fic.
- Harry/Harem, but only if the author can make it work. Suggestions for other girls include Medea, Artemis, Fiore Forvedge and Reika Rikudou.
- Merged Nasuverse/Potterverse.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry having been adopted by Kairi Sisigou. If chosen, then he must either not be affected by the Sisigou curse, or else be affected by it to a lesser extent due to differing magical abilities.
- Harry, like Kairi, does not trust Shirou Kotomine any farther than he would be able to throw him with a single arm.
- Harry and Mordred, even if it is rocky at first, should get along eventually. This is in spite of whether or not they end up paired (see above).
- During the confrontation with Jackie, instead of Ruler exorcising the Assassin, Harry manages to win Jackie’s loyalty, thereby preventing Atalanta from going berserk.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry being paired with anyone male.

Complications
- Disability: Due to his inheritance of the Sisigou Family Crest, it is far more difficult, though not impossible, for Harry to have children of his own. And any children who would inherit his crest run the risk of either dying, or else having just as hard a time producing heirs as Harry himself has.
- Enemy: Despite what most people believe, Harry is who the Dark Lord Voldemort is truly striving to see brought to his knees and ultimately defeated.
- Honor: Harry would much prefer to face his opponents head on in open combat, rather than to deal with them in a much more subtle manner.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry will always try to save a damsel in distress, even if that damsel is actually a guy, or even when that damsel might not be someone he really has a good relationship with.
- Relationship: Harry is the elder brother to the Girl Who Lived, Dahlia Potter. He is also the adoptive son of Kairi Sisigou. Furthermore, he is the reincarnation of the Argonaut known as Meleager, and through that fact, a potential boyfriend for his very own servant, the Chaste Huntress, Atalanta.
- Temper: Harry is a tempestuous young man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.

Complications
- Enemy: Assassin of Black would have an incredibly easy time manipulating Archer into committing herself to using her trump card. The fact that very little could successfully pull Archer out of her enraged furor after she uses that trump card makes Assassin of Black into Archer's most dangerous adversary, more so since Archer would refuse to lay a finger on Assassin of Black.
- Holding Back (Agrius Metamorphosis): Atalanta can activate her secondary Noble Phantasm in times when half her team has been defeated, or when multiple innocent lives are in danger. In order to do this, she must spend a Hero Point, and beat a DC 21 Will check. If she succeeds, she gains 4 ranks on her Power Level, and an extra 60 Power Points that she can use in order to reconfigure her Stat Block to fall in line with her Berserker form.
- Honor: Archer has sworn a vow of chastity to the goddess known as Artemis. This is something that will cause a huge number of conflicting emotions for Archer as she struggles with the question of whether or not to forsake her vow in order to pursue the young man who is effectively the reincarnation of the only person she might have done just that for when she was alive.
- Identity: Archer of Red's true identity is Atalanta the Chaste Huntress. She, like Meleager, sailed on the Argo, and was a participant in the Calydonian Hunt. Meleager even gave to her the honor of being named the winner of the hunt, which is how she derived two of her powers.
- Motivation: Justice: Archer's main goal in life is to make it so no child ever has to suffer the indignity of a painful upbringing. She doesn't care whether or not removing such pain is helpful to the child, as she simply doesn't believe it is possible for a painful childhood to be beneficial.
- Relationship: Archer is the Servant of Harry Sisigou and is both in love with him, and afraid to pursue her love of him. She is also confused by the manifestation that is known as Archer of Black, due to her belief that this particular Archer may be none other than her patron deity, Artemis Agrotera.

Devil's Contract Brainstorm & Notes

Devil’s Contract
Premise: When a devil family creates a betrothal agreement, they always make sure that the prospective couple has a way out of the arrangement, the trick is for one or both of those two individuals to find the loophole that would allow them to escape, and whether it is something they can live with.
Required Inclusions:
- There must be a written agreement between Lord Gremory and Lord Phenex that creates an engagement and assumed marriage between Rias Gremory and Riser Phenex.
- Rias must somehow get her hands on a copy (or the original document) of this agreement.
- Rias must, either on her own or with help, discover a loophole that allows her to escape the marriage between herself and Riser Phenex.
- The loophole must, whether as the only viable option, or simply the one chosen by Rias, involve Harry Potter becoming her new betrothed and future husband.
- Rias must, somehow, observe Harry and decide he is a better alternative than Riser before using said loophole.
- Just in case it wasn’t already obvious enough, the primary pairing for this fic is Harry / Rias.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry somehow being related to the House of Phenex, and that being part of the loophole.
- Harry not having an innate Sacred Gear. The specific reason is up to the author.
- The story being set prior to the High School DxD canonical series.
- Harry making a pact with Rias for assistance with surviving the Triwizard Tournament.
- Sirzechs having subtly influenced his father and Lord Phenex to include this specific loophole.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry not becoming the Master of Death.
- Harry still being in Hogwarts when Rias decides to use the loophole.
- Due to Potter luck, and despite the low fertility rate, Rias ending up pregnant after her first time with Harry.

Complications
- Enemy: The Dark Lord Voldemort would love it very much if Harry would just go ahead and die already. The problem is, at least for Voldemort, that the Dark Lord Voldemort would much prefer it if he were the one to send Harry to his early grave.
- Fame: Harry is quite famous for having survived the Killing Curse at the age of one year old and in doing so, shattered the power of the Dark Lord Voldemort.
- Honor: Harry would much prefer to face his opponents head on in open combat, rather than to deal with them in a much more subtle manner. That isn't to say he is incapable of operating in a subtle manner, after all, he was a plausible candidate for Slytherin's house.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry will always try to save a damsel in distress, even if that damsel is actually a guy, or even when that damsel might not be someone he really has a good relationship with.
- Relationship: Harry is one of two possible candidates for the betrothal agreement between the House of Phenex and the House of Gremory, due to the fact that like his maternal uncle Riser, Harry is a pure-blooded member of the House of Phenex who has not yet officially married anyone else.
- Temper: Harry is a tempestuous young man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.

Complications
- Motivation: Recognition: Rias does not want people to remember her as the next head of the Gremory family, rather she wants to be remembered as the proud and accomplished young lady known as Rias, who just so happens to be the next head of the House of Gremory.
- Obsession: Rias is currently obsessed with finding a way out of the engagement to Riser Phenex that she is trapped in. She will stop at just about nothing to achieve that goal.
- Quirk: Despite being a very seductive young woman, Rias is still rather naive when it comes to legitimate concerns of the heart. This can lead to embarrassing and awkward situations for the young woman.
- Relationship: Rias' older brother is the current Maou Lucifer, and she holds him in very high esteem, despite the antics he usually pulls when they are in the same room together. She also feels somewhat inferior to her brother.
- Temper: Rias definitely has a temper. She is noted as disliking people who are cruel, and will punish such people very severely, going so far as to even kill such people if given the opportunity and the cruelty is severe enough.

Premise: Shortly after his godfather died, a smoking hot girl walks up to Harry Potter. She can’t be much more than 5 feet tall, wearing a costume more at home in a strip club and has a rack comparable to Susan Bones. The first words out of her mouth? “Become my faithful servant, Harry; and I’ll give you the power to defeat Riddle!”
Required Inclusions:
- Lily and James Potter must have made a contract with Serafall Leviathan for the protection of their new child, Harry Potter.
- Their need to make this contract was not because of the Prophecy, which they didn’t know at the time, but rather because of how high profile of targets they were for the Death Eaters..
- The terms of the contract were such that at a later date to be decided by Serafall, James and Lily would become the Bishops in Serafall’s Peerage. Due to their deaths this did not happen.
- Serafall must show up shortly after Sirius’ death and offer to make Harry her Queen, mostly because of the fact that he is too powerful for a solitary Bishop, when she discovers his parents demise and that he is the only survivor of that night.
- Harry must not have had any idea that his parents made such a contract. There is no official record of the contract only Serafall's word.
- Harry must agree to become Serafall’s Queen and in doing so, start a semi-new adventure.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry not possessing a Sacred Gear at the start of the story, but rather simply being an incredibly powerful spellcaster.
- Harry using “Filler Arcs” to locate various mystical artefacts (as opposed to Sacred Gear or Holy Swords) that he can use to amplify his abilities. I’m thinking things like Misteltein.
- Serafall obtaining at least one authentic Magical Girl from another franchise for her Peerage.
- Serafall’s Behemoth able to take a more humanoid form, rather than being stuck as a monster.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry obtaining the Sword of Gryffindor, the (heh) Girdle of Hufflepuff, the Shield of Ravenclaw, and the Spear/Bow of Slytherin, that when combined form an Armor that is comparable to a Sacred Gear’s Balance Breaker. Using this instead of MoD!Harry would be preferable.
- Serafall continuously attempts to set up, convince, trick and force Harry and Sona to become Married as a way of further connecting Sona to her.
- Harry having continuously broken into the Forbidden section and thus having powerful and Dangerous spells that match and complement his intense and imposing magical abilities.
Forbidden Things:
- Serafall adding Mil-tan to her Peerage for any reason whatsoever.
- Anyone else from Hogwarts being a Devil, Being related to Devils or the Supernatural in General prior to being given an Evil Piece, Brave Saint Card or Artificial Sacred Gear.
- Harry being paired with anyone male.
- Harry the Emo Doormat.

Complications
- Continuity Nod: In High School DxD Volume 4, Life 2, Sona Sitri says: "Onee-sama, Please be prudent. If my Onee-sama, the Maou glitters, then this small country would be destroyed many times over." I wasn't willing to build such an attack due to Power Level constraints, but the "Levia glitter" attack represents an attack that does damage equivalent to 10 kilograms of TNT across the blast radius of a Tactical Nuke (at least according to Mister B's chart). Celsius Cross Trigger on the other hand, merely attempts to freeze anything Serafall can actually see.
- Easily Distracted: By Magical Girls, her sister, Harry and the Seraph known as Gabriel. When any of these things enter her field of vision for the first time in a given scene, she will abandon whatever it is she is doing and focus almost exclusively on whichever one has caught her attention. A sharp admonition from her sister or Harry can snap her back on focus, but most other people won't have much luck with getting her attention to recenter itself, especially not Gabriel.
- Fame: Serafall is easily the most famous female Devil in the underworld, and possibly even the most famous of the presiding Maou. She can boast such fame because she is both the Foreign Affairs Minister for the Underworld, and because she is the leading lady on the TV Show "Miracle☆Levia-tan."
- Motivation: Thrills: Trying to figure out what the truth behind Sera's motivation is, wouldn't be any easier than trying to deduce that same information in regards to Nyaruko-san. It is simply easier to classify both girls as being motivated by a thirst for excitement and high octane thrills.
- Responsibility: While they are technically the rulers of the Underworld, the Four Great Maou pretty much have to do whatever it is that the Heads of the Houses of Bael, Paimon, Beleth, Purson, Asmoday, Balam and Belial tell them to do, as those seven Houses are the highest ranking Houses in the 72 Pillars, and the TRUE Kings of the Underworld.
- Rivalry: It is a bit one sided on Sera's part, but she does see Gabriel as her biggest rival and has gone to extreme lengths in order to study the Seraph in order to get any advantage she possibly can if they should ever come into conflict with one another. Gabriel however, isn't even aware of the rivalry, nor does she care.

Complications
- Enemy: The Dark Lord Voldemort would love it very much if Harry would just go ahead and die already. The problem is, at least for Voldemort, that the Dark Lord Voldemort would much prefer it if he were the one to send Harry to his early grave.
- Honor: Harry would much prefer to face his opponents head on in open combat, rather than to deal with them in a much more subtle manner. That isn't to say he is incapable of operating in a subtle manner, after all, he was a plausible candidate for Slytherin's house.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry will always try to save a damsel in distress, even if that damsel is actually a guy, or even when that damsel might not be someone he really has a good relationship with.
- Reputation: During the course of his previous year at Hogwarts, the Ministry for Magic was attempting to do everything humanly possible to tarnish Harry's good name. It is for this reason, as well as his general fame, that Harry suffers from a rather bipolar public image within the Wizarding World.
- Temper: Harry is a tempestuous young man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.

Complications
- Accident: Cryhara isn't completely in control of her massive strength, which can sometimes lead to truly frightful accidents that she is absurdly apologetic for after the fact.
- Fame: Cryhara was powerful enough even before becoming Serafall's Bishop as to have appeared in the biblical book of Job. She appeared alongside of the Leviathan and Ziz as one of three primal and unconquerable monsters embodying one of the untamed aspects of the natural wilderness.
- Little Bit Beastly: While Cryhara can take on a humanoid form, it isn't entirely possible for her to hide the fact that she is a monster, which means the only places she can really go out in public are those places where beast-girls would be welcome, such as the Underworld.
- Motivation: Acceptance: Cryhara wants to be accepted for who she is, rather than feared for what she can do.
- Older Than Dirt: Cryhara is quite possibly a type of dinosaur, or at least she began existing at around the same time as the earliest of those titanic beasts. Yes, this basically means she survived whatever it is that wiped the dinosaurs out, and that she is one of the oldest non-deific things on the planet.
- Rivalry: With the Youkai, simply because Cryhara PREDATES whatever twist on human evolution that allowed the Yokai to develop the way that they did.

Complications
- Enemies: Reinforce has been directly involved in some of the worst disasters imaginable, and was at least partly responsible for causing them due to her being the Humanoid Avatar to the Book of Darkness. There are many who will never be able to forgive her for what she has been involved in, whether she performed those actions willingly or not, and several of them would like to have her destroyed in one fashion or another.
- Guy Magnet: Reinforce is a gorgeous girl with silvery white hair, exotic red eyes, an athletically curvaceous figure that would rival even that of another silver haired beauty. Would it be any wonder if boys were practically falling over themselves to ask her for a date?
- Monstrous: Not because she is unattractive or anything like that, but simply because her strongest attacks tend to pack such a punch that this rookie Devil is on even footing with Sirzechs Lucifer. Unfortunately, she tends to have really bad aim with those strong attacks unless she bumps their raw destructive power down quite considerably. This is actually something she shares in common with Yagami Hayate.
- Motivation: Acceptance: Reinforce's driving motivation is to make amends for the damage she caused to the cosmos while under the dubious control of NachtWal.
- Relationship: Reinforce is simultaneously the most naively innocent and eldest of Yagami Hayate's adoptive children. She is thus, the single largest target of BOTH Hayate and Serafall's perverted antics, the latter of whom is solely responsible for her continued existence after the Book of Darkness Incident.

Build Comments: The names of Reinforce's Device and Barrier Jacket come from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha INNOCENT, where they are composed of the names of Reinforce Eins Yagami's two primary avatars. Tome of the Night Raider looks utterly identical to Hayate's Tome of the Night Sky, and is basically what happened to the Book of Darkness after it was exposed to two Evil Pieces.

The way I built Reinforce was suggested to me for a method of building the characters in Lyrical Nanoha by Squirrelly-Sama when I consulted him(?) for advice on how to build the White Devil herself.
