Getting them out of the room would be rather easy, as the doors can be locked and opened from where he is right now. Apparently, no one suspected that it was possible to move through the wall...

Agent Long unlocks the door remotely confirming on screen that Lynn hears the click and can locate the door.
He searches this room for a medical kit (and/or tool box) to take to his wounded comrades.
He takes one more look at the monitor into the strange plant room. Maybe his time as a chemist would come in handy...

Otherwise he'll head toward the others, navigating the corridors this time while reporting in to the home office and asking them to geolocate Long's signal so they can get a bearing on where they are.Expertise chemistry: 1D20+5 = [9]+5 = 14

As Long quickly finds out, there is no signal going out or coming in.
Inside the room, there is indeed a first aid kit but no toolbox.
Finding the way back to his comrades is achieved quickly, a quick trip dow two corridors. Nex to the door in which they arrived, a sign is posted.
" STAY OUT. ANY UNAUTHORISED ENTRY WILL BE PUNISHED BY FIRING SQUAD."

Out of combat the recover action can be taken once every minute. Don’t know how that applies to Torque though does he have a STA score? Or if not, the one rank of regen that lets him heal normally?

Torque does have a Stamina score.
