The definitely have some shared background elements. :D How they develop is different though. Cat remained largely alone and independent where Panda was picked up and manipulated by Viper then found herself a heroic mentor.

But, that would mean Panda could empathize with Cat if it came to It. :)
Thats very much what I mean. Pandas original background was meant to be one of those how circumstances could make or break a person. what if she didnt meet Foreshadow, or met him differently? defintiely have some plot bunnies popping in me kitty noggin over all this :D

And yeah they can do all sorts of crazy things. A lot of Pandas inspiration was COH darkness powers. got some more stuff from the Powers book
Dr. Silverback has wryly observed that this is like trying to teach lolcats about Shakespeare

I made a versatile character using color control as a limited degree of light control. He had emotion control from just changing the color of light in an area, among other things.

It's all about how imaginative you are with the comic book science.

Very true, the possibilities are practically endless in some cases.

Trying a raw strength check to break the bond would be pushing it to much right?

You could try, but it would auto-fail. Just being honest here.

Nope. whatever the powder is, it is something he's not familiar with.

As for talking....before & after the thing is done is fine.

I believe we are locked into our seats still. Unless I missed something, TM said the chairs had built in restraints we were transferred into before out travel restraints were removed.

I, too, wish to reduntently state that we were still strapped in.

Sidenote, how nice of them to provide the blindfold. Dave eye's were starting to get irritated...
