Everyone:

Everyone knows that prisoners aren't supposed to be talking during transport, it breaks one of the many rules put in place that the captured criminals are supposed to follow. Most times however, the guards allow some quiet talking as it helps keep the prisoners a bit easier to control. The problem here is that everyone here is a convicted felon, each of whom are serving decades long sentences (and in some cases have already served that much time), which means that the rules are enforced more strictly.

For whatever reason though, the guards have allowed this group to break the rules as given the mode of transportation being used the "small talk" being made is more akin to "small shouting". After letting things go on for a few moments one of the guards elbow nudges another who produces a remote control looking item from his belt and presses one of the buttons on it.

Suddenly everyone's restraints gives off an electric pulse as thousands of volts racing through your bodies, locking your muscles and ending the talking. For several seconds this goes on until it ends just as suddenly as it began. Then the senior agent speaks/yells; "No talking!"

Having expected something coming along the pipeline,Alex suddenly braced himself when he saw the senior agent being nudged.
The shock from the restraints hit him with the force of a freight train, and if he hadn't braced himself earlier would've thrown him into the asle(?).As his body temporarily siezed up,the young revolutionary tried to keep his eyes on where the guards placed the remote, for future reference.....

Genki felt the electricity race through his system, and hold the scream of fury that swelled. Injustice. He didn't speak. He would see that guard chopped finely, sashimi style

No stranger to being punished for the actions of other criminals (morons gotta be morons), Nathan is ready for the jolt. Ready enough that he doesn't hold back a response. Guards liked to see their actions have consequences and were known to hold their finger on the button until they got the prerequisite response. So while he manages to stay in his seat, he does let go enough to flop about and give them the guttural call in pain.

Whether the other prisoners were that smart remained to be seen. Probably not.

In any case, Nathan was generally considered a model prison. With one exception, he was only ever punished for the crimes of another. Even when he was under PSI conditioning, he followed all the rules. "Don't do anything until we arrive." For the first part of his incarceration, those words were the mantra that repeated over and over in his head.

His one and only disciplinary incident happened when he found out the fate of Psimon and Medusa. Whether is was a pre-programmed response or a severe case of cognitive dissonance, Nathan has a psychotic break. When he came to, even through the drug induced haze, he was able to recognize his thoughts were his own.

Fortunately, one of the prison psychologists recognized what he was going through and was able to wean him off the drugs and return him to general population. A far cry from freedom, but it is the section with the most "liberties."

After his mind became his own again, he realized his predicament. Even if mind control was recognized, the list of crimes he was guilty of was never going away easily. He continues to wonder how exactly he is going to un-f**k his life. A several dozen year sentence for crimes he did while being PSI's brainwashed puppet and a bunch of people on the outside who don't have his best interests at heart. Prison, at least for now, was his safest place. He would just have to make the best of it and keep out of trouble as much as possible.

Yep. There it was. Took them long enough, and man oh man did it sting. To his personal credit Dave though he handled the electrical shocks pretty well, managing to keep his eyes open and shaking to a minimum at the expense of his tongue.

Despite the damage dealt to it, he still felt the temptation to run it off even further, provoke them into looking their cool. Little to be gained there besides making himself feel smug while conculsing on the floor. Yet it could also open up an opportunity for someone to exploit the distraction. Required a great deal of trust he just didn't have for the people in here in the end though.

'Fine. No talking required.' Stairing one of the agents right in the face, he spat a small splatter of black blood onto the floor in front of him, clearing his mouth.
Am I dead? Am I alive? The answer may surprise you!

Condition: Healthy
HP: 1 ~ Luck: 5

Felicity was not built to take physical punishment. She had the lithe body of a gymnast, but gymnasts weren't known for taking electric shocks with stoic fortitude. Instead, Felicity cries out in pain as her body arches and strains against her restraints, then curls inward as much as her restraints will allow once the juice cuts off, looking to be in significant pain, perhaps more than the shock should have inflicted, a shiver wracking through her body as she remained as curled up as she can, her face hidden behind her hair

Cussing to himself over what happened to Felicity(he honestly didn't know she couldn't take those types of jolts),Alex leaned forward to try to get her back to a sitting position.
Straining against the chains as much as he can,Alex slides as much of his "linebacker arms" as he could underneath her in order to pull her back up into her seat, muttering to himself as he does(though Felicity could undoughtedly hear him)
"me and my friggin' big mouth....Just don't know when to quit pushin' huh Riley?! Now you got someone hurt 'cause you just had to push back....."
Making brief eye contact with Maggie,Alex gives her a bit of a grin as he nods his head back at her, then resumes his seat after making sure Felicity was alright.
okay T-man,if i burn my only hp and use my Honor complication, can i get her up to a sitting position without incuring the Aegis agents' ire anymore?

Maggie's back arched with spasms and pain and she slid down as much as her convulsing body could before the restraints snapped taut. A plaintive cry that she did nothing to contain tore through the airship. When it was over an eternity of suffering later Maggie righted herself on her seat taking stock of herself and her other prisoners. She looked at the guard who pressed the button with... sympathy and, incongruously, forgiveness.
A small whimper from the dark-haired woman curled in upon herself draws Maggie's attention and she looks back to the button pusher, then over at the woman whom seemed to be in dire distress. 'Help her', her eyes say, the muscles strained in pleading. But then their fellow prisoner seems to intervene and Maggie gives him a look of great gratitude when next she meets his eye. This happens whether or not the guards enforce the 'no contact' rule with more hellish electricity.

G*D D@MM|T! Snap out of it you B!TC#! Struggle! Rage! Tear yourself free and then we can bring this whole plane crushing in like a soda can. We'll rip them all apart! We'll force jagged metal down that one guard's throat then pull it out of his stomach. And that one guy looks like he has dogtags, it's been ages since we've castrated someone with their own dog tags. C'MON! Snap the F&^% out of it!

“That was rather rude, Sergeant.” Prisoner #24-601 said, as she resumed her seat and adjusted her posture to a more dignified position. Prisoner #24-601 kept her voice loud enough to be heard over the rooters, but tried to retain her conversational tone, “Someone will need to teach you better manners.”

She had been hit by electrical shocks before. The Raven has added a tazer to his bag of tricks decades before they became commercially available. The Bowman was rather fond of the gadgets too... Hell, no less than Captain Thunder himself had once struck her point-blank with a lightning bolt. Less-than-lethal weaponry wouldn’t kill most healthy adults and Madame Curare was even harder to put down than that... But they still hurt.

What was that line from that novel we’ve spent the last few months reading? she asked herself, ’My name is a killing word.’ No one would have dared to treat me with such indignity before this prison. Have I fallen so far? I have been a mere prison ID number that long?
“OOC” wrote:Yeah, Curare is going to be That Guy. I just don’t see someone as haughty and imperious as her being quiet because a prison guard — even one in low-key powered armor holding the remote to her shock collar — told her too. You don’t spend a century insisting on everyone calling you “Madame” and not have some seriously warped views on etiquette.

Jen couldn't help it she yelped in pain when the shock hit. She was expecting it no doubt, the guards weren't that sloppy but still bracing doesn't help much when a few thousand volts causes every muscle in your body to convulse and someone pours battery acid on your nerve clusters.

"Ow jerks!" she snapped before turning away in a huff. She reached up to the frosted over window and added a crude middle finger to the drawing of the happy face, while smiling innocently back at their captors.

Whoever said you needed words to communicate?

Buzzbomb
HP 1; LP 1; Condition: OW!

Had she, perhaps, winked when Jen mentioned her name? The answer to that was quickly rendered moot when the guards decided it was shock-y time.

She convulsed as the voltage hit, though she made barely a sound- in fact, she thrashed hard enough to buck off the bench where she had been slumped, and slid to the metal-grated floor, and when she stopped twitching she simply lay there, now stretched out full length. She opened her eyes for the first time, and stared upwards at the ceiling of the helicopter's cargo bay. "Dios! Some of us are trying to sleep." Her voice sounded raw and ragged, but carried no heat, no anger- merely, perhaps, an annoyed sense of resignation. As soon as she finished speaking, her eyes slid closed again, and she shifted her arms up to cross them as a crude pillow beneath her head, giving the restraints on her hands the appearance of an odd pair of headphones.

The guards were going to do, after all, whatever they wanted to do- like dragging them out of their cells in the middle of the night and bustling them off to who knows where. Fighting them wasn't likely to accomplish much- at least for now. Best to conserve energy, wait for the moment...

"Now that we understand each other just a little better let me remind you convicts - all the rules apply even if we're not in the 'Stone. Difference is the guards have more leeway in how we discipline infractions." He holds up the remote in his had for all of you to see. "That was the low setting, plus we have a couple other options to use if we feel the need."

"Aaanndddd we have our first volunteer." The older sounding man says back as he glances towards one of his subordinates and gives a slight nod. That agent produces a ball gag and moves in to put it on Madame Curare. "Gotta admit I'm a bit surprised you're the one to run your mouth Curare. You've been with us for longer than I've been a guard, you should know better." The senior agent comments while the younger agent puts the device on the oldest convict in the vehicle.

While that is happening, two other guards pick up Buzzbomb and put her back in her seat and make sure she can't fall again by using several hook ended bungee cords to secure her to the seat.

Nathan holds back the laugh, not even letting out a chuckle. He even turns his head down to avoid showing any smile on the events.

It's amazing how many convicts forget who is in charge. Even when there is a significant numbers advantage, they hold all the good cards.

Madame Curare

“At least buy a lady dinner fir —” Curare said with a sneer, before one of the guards shoved her head backward. Hard. The second shoved the gag into place. Harder.

Well, well, well. Madame Curare thought, We’ve confirmed that we’re not going to remain in the ‘stone, we’re still considered prisoners, we’re apparently not going to be executed. The guards have leeway to discipline, but summary execution — or even serious injury — seems to be off the table. They need us at capacity... Why?

Around the corners of her ball gag, Madame Curare smiled. Things were about to get interesting.
