Ditto, Lady Dragonfly. If memory serves, I might owe you a check for $.0000000000000000001 for your work at the old J-Mart.

I really like tetra’s concept. It’s not every day you see someone powered by math.

I'm not sure how the Math check works for Insubstantial. Does she have to make a check for every single time an object or attack comes into contact with her? What happens if she gets attacked by surprise?LadyDragonFly wrote: ↑Sat Apr 07, 2018 9:23 pm
. . Phase Shifting: Insubstantial 4 (Incorporeal; Check Required: DC 11 - Expertise Math Check vs. The toughness of the Object, Concentration)
I like the math-brick idea a lot, though. It reminds me of Caitlin Fairchild from Gen 13. And I know Dr. Sivana math-ed his way out of a jail cell at least once.
Re: LDF : Women of Strength & Power
I remember you very well, in fact I still have some of your old 2e builds saved on my back-up HD.LadyDragonFly wrote: ↑Sat Apr 07, 2018 12:30 am I don't know if anyone remembers me. I used to post female characters on the old ATT Forums. I thought I'd try and come back to stating up my "Women of strength and power" thread. These builds will be mostly LGBT Friendly.

So... Exactly why are the Vindicators an all-woman group?
This is clearly an important part of their concept, but its not explained in your brief write-up.

The inverse of the reason why the founding Justice League members are approximately 71.4% to 85.7% male depending on continuity.

Re: LDF : Women of Strength & Power
The initial Justice League lineup included seven of DC Comics' superheroes who were regularly published at that time: Superman, Batman, Aquaman, Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, and Wonder Woman. By editorial mandate, Superman and Batman were very rarely included and after the first few years the line-up changed when editorial decided any hero with a solo title wasn’t to be included in the team book.
It was 1960, there just weren’t many superheroines around. DC Comics never offered an in-universe explanation.

So then why did you request one in this case, and then question the explanation that she came up with?Batgirl III wrote: ↑Mon Apr 09, 2018 6:16 pm The initial Justice League lineup included seven of DC Comics' superheroes who were regularly published at that time: Superman, Batman, Aquaman, Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, and Wonder Woman. Did there need to be a reason why the team was all-women?
