The Power of Peace
The life of William Fehr, an actor, a husband, a father of three, came crashing down when his wife lost her arm, and the couple lost their children, during the NYC battle between Hecate and the founding members of the Sentinels. In an effort to avenge their slain children, William allowed himself to be bombarded by N-Ray particles to become Neutronium (PL 9), the Indestructible Man!

Neutronium came to his senses when he had the Sentinels at his mercy and decided slaying them was not justice. In fact, he ended up joining them for a short time. Now, William continues to operate as both an action hero actor, and a part-time costumed hero.

Hop. Skip. Jump.
Since his release from the Hague Penitentiary, Jules Declercq has assumed the costumed identity, Freestyle (PL 8), and now leads a band of mercenary criminals – The Division – who also wear costumes to inspire fear in their enemies.

The PL 16 Ghidron is the god of kaiju – living weapons of destruction –created by the prehistoric nation of Lemuria during their war with Atlantis. Following the mutual destruction of both ancient civilizations, the kaiju fell dormant; unable to get access to the great ambient magical energy required to maintain their destructive rampaging.

But now, they have begun to awaken.

Now, after seeing the underworld through the Immortal Fighters Tournament, she has adopted the identity of Samagwi (The Praying Mantis) and now uses her powers and martial training to fight evil and defend the innocent.

Strength. Power. Civic Pride.
The child of a Vancouver police officer and a First Nations Canadian Ranger, it was no wonder that Winona grew up with a strong sense of morality and ethics. When she inherited her mother’s sacred amulet, she transformed! She was stronger and faster than ever before. Ordering a costume from the United States, Winona assumed the identity of the Snow Leopard.

I guess Samagwi does track with the early MU version of Mantis, without all the mystic/vague "great destiny" sort of stuff. Despite the name, I guess I wasn't making the connection because there are no SPL expies of Swordsman or Libra to tie her to (yet).

From Jacob Blackmon (author of the fan-favorite Super Powered Legends line) comes a new creepy foe ready to menace your M&M game!

Victor Frankenstein wanted to defy death and create a means of reanimating dead flesh. In his pursuit of immortality, he created two “monsters” made of human flesh and bone, powered by electricity, but stronger and smarter than any other human on the planet. Immortal in their own right, these two monsters continue to thrive and exist in a world of powerful superhumans. Both keep to the shadows, but secretly scheme with their vast intellects to attain the acceptance from humanity they seek... one way or the other.

The monsters to be found in these "YOUniversal Monster" products are new builds, designed to be supervillains in their own right. They are PL 10 and have a variety of powers and abilities, ambitions, goals, and three different adventure ideas.

This book requires the Third Edition Mutants & Masterminds Heroes Handbook by Green Ronin Publishing for use.

The Emperor's Guard
The Imperial Bodyguard are agents of the Grand Emperor – the self-imposed monarch of Hong Kong – who have sworn and proven their loyalty, earning the gift of superhuman powers. The Grand Emperor bestows these powers upon his trusted agents by using the ancient techno-magic of the Lemurian serpent-men. Not all of these agents survive the augmentation, and sometimes are driven insane by the powers filling their bodies. These unfortunate subjects are destroyed for their own sake. Those who survive go on to serve the Emperor loyally.

Encantado (PL 9) – Criminal mercenary with a flight suit

Osprey (PL 10) – Stronger, faster – a cyborg made with techno-magic

Whiteout (PL 10) – Cold energy manipulator in a suit of environmental armor

As the director of CASTLE, Nathan Storm is addressed as the “Castellan.” He helped in the formation of “Knight” teams and the founding of the Sentinels, the most powerful heroes of the United States. With these assets, Nathan hopes to make the United States and the world at large a safer place to live in the Age of the Superhuman.

What IS That?!
When one thinks of monsters, they tend to think of the classic dragons of European folklore, the chimeric beasts of Greek mythology, or the strange horrors of Asian legend. While these monsters are vast in number and myriad in shape and size, they leave out a number of creatures found elsewhere in the world. North America is home to a number of legends about strange creatures that dwell in the wilderness. From the elusive Bigfoot of the American northwest to the terrifying Jersey Devil of the east coast, dozens of strange monsters are scattered throughout the American countryside.

Cryptids included: Adlet, Chupacabra, Dover Demon, Gremlin, Jersey Devil, Lake Monster, Mothman, Sasquatch, Wendigo

From Jacob Blackmon (author of the fan-favorite Super Powered Legends Line) comes a new creepy (but also festive) foe ready to menace your M&M game!

You better watch out...
You better not cry...
You better not pout...
I'm telling you why...

Over the years, these lyrics to a popular Christmas song have been altered to refer to the ever-watchful eye of the cheerful holiday gift-giver: Saint Nickolas, aka Santa Claus. However, the original character to whom the lyrics referred is a more sinister individual.

Krampus is a monster in every way. He is determined and merciless in hunting his prey (traditionally, wicked children..but in your game, it can be whoever he deems worthy of holiday-themed vengeance.)

The monsters to be found in these "YOUniversal Monster" products are new builds, designed to be supervillains in their own right. They are PL 9 and have a variety of powers and abilities, ambitions, goals, and three different adventure ideas.

This book requires the Third Edition Mutants & Masterminds Heroes Handbook by Green Ronin Publishing for use.
