Also temperature can make a difference as well. Ice cold coke will taste different from room temperature coke.

In some places (like Mexico), Coke is still made with real sugar as opposed to corn syrup. A wonderful development in my neck of the woods, and potentially others -- a cherry flavored Coke Zero has been introduced. This is truly amazing for those of us who can't do the sugar of regular cherry colas ...
