From Sonic the Hedgehog to Star Wars, are fans too entitled?

This really should have been a Gotham Sirens film with Poison Ivy, maybe a few other Gotham villainesses.

As I understand it, that's what Margot Robbie pushed for, after she rejected the idea of it being just a Harley Quinn film, but in the wake of the bad reception of Suicide Squad, they didn't want to go the all-villains route.
