Can you tell your controlled to be happy, sad, afraid, angry, et cetera?

You can control their actions, not their thoughts. If you want Emotion Control, get it as an alternate power.

the closest id say to it is you mind control someone to ACT a specific way. I command you to act angry at this person, I command you to pretend to be sad.
But no you couldn't make them actually feel those emotions, like shock said youd need an extra power.
