Neither. Dual Strike allows you to hit another target that's adjacent to you or within 6 yards of your primary target if it's a Ranged Attack.You apply the first attack roll to the next target and use the same damage.All Mr.Maddson had to do was step forward and swing.....

The lead Cultist(the one that talked to you and looks oddly like a long haired Michael Maddson) swings a two-handed Axe which connects Solidly with Velth AND suprisingly Serina,sending both back out the door!

So, you're description makes it seem like the door was kicked in and Serina rushed. I was questioning why my character would do that. You're saying the Axe wielder moved to come out the door and took his swing (which is just peachy). I just wanted to be on the same page as the GM while imagining what's going on.
