Oh right, came up with this yesterday:
The rich benefactor's name is Hubert Maynard, the founder and director of HuMayne Enterprises. They'll be giving your team the "impressive-sounding" name of The Victory League.
I actually suck at team names for the most part. Any thoughts? "Generic Super-Hero Team Name" is kind of what I'm going for.

You've done an excellent job of making it sound generic and uninspired!

HuMayne Enterprises sounds an awful lot like something George Costanza would have made up as a fake corporate sponsor for his fake charity.

HuMayne Enterprises, i like it.
Some name ideas though i'm fine with Victory League:
1. The H.A.R.D. (HuMayne Alert Response Department) Corps.
2. The Protectors.
3. The Knight Watch.

THE GUARDIANS? That sounds generic but Original enough.But what do i know,i'm just a HuMayn...

Given my character has a heavy wrestling league flavor, Victory League sounds really good.

Just in case people want any guidelines for stuff, here are the "Main Heroes" of my universe.
The Legion of Justice:
Athena- Actual Greek Goddess. Mostly PL 11-ish, but very, VERY smart & Skilled.
The Emerald Witch- The most powerful Mage on Earth (yes, only PL 11). A pretty wide Array of powers.
Gryphon- Powersuit guy, PL 11.
Ice Princess- The rookie-est member of the team, at only PL 9, but still quite pricey. LOTS of Alt-Effects.
Mega-Woman- Generally accepted as the "Most Powerful Hero" on Earth. Note she's still only PL 12 and can lift 400 tons. This is a solid guideline for other characters' levels.
Night Dragon- One of the preeminent melee fighters on Earth at PL 10. REALLY wide variety of skills & Advantages.
Maximum- Speedster/Powerhouse at PL 11.
Meteor Hammer- Along with Mega-Woman, one of the toughest of the tough.
Osprey- Another PL 9, a martial artist type.
Titanica- Probably the strongest overall hero, thanks to the Growth (I didn't want to go for the "Super-Strong Person actually not that strong compared to 9 other characters" trope comics often does).

I have only one complaint about this awesome list....Where are the Villian version's we could "model after",like what i did with Mustang?
