As her teammates began to move,, Rose finally saw an opportunity to get out of the crowd, before she drew attacks towards them (and before they panicked and trampled her). In a heartbeat, she was somewhere behind Coldspell, who had just been knocked on the head. "That's a nasty bump on the head. Maybe you better put some ice on it?" Another beat, and she was up on the roof of the garage, where the others had been a moment ago- sheer coincidence as most of the other buildings were too tall to use. Hidden behind the parapet, she reached into thin air and produced a ripe juicy tomato...

>OOC: with only a single action available, Rose will Move- first from her current position to behind Coldspell, then up to the rooftop where the others first arrived (At five stories up, that sounds like the only one in range of her personal teleporting). Free action to speak, free action to draw a tomato from her Dimensional Pocket, but no actions available for Feint or Taunt (next round though). Her normal teleport is Subtle, in case that affects Coldspell's awareness, and she is going to be Hiding on the rooftop, if possible (not sure if that is a separate action in this system- Stealth skill description doesn't say so, but...). If she can try to hide, then use Hide in plain sight and Stealth 1d20+6= 24; roll http://www.coyotecode.net/roll/lookup.php?rollid=187151

Icey Temps

The youngest, smallest and gangliest of the Ice Agents, Icey Temps was the only one who hadn't already had his powers up and running at the point they approached the crowd. He immediately paid for that rookie mistake as both Rakshasa and Vulcan unloaded on him when Vulcan teleported them into the promenade. An open handed palm strke sent him sprawling forward where a beam of intense heat roasted him. Amazingly, despite his relative inexperience and fragility, he remains standing by blind luck
Now, since the two attacks provoke two different kinds of saves they can't be combined as a "team attack" but both hit their target. Toughness save. 1d20+5=22. Fortitude Save. 1d20+5=20. He miss by 5 and 10 respectively. http://roll.coyotecode.net/lookup.php?rollid=187178

Condition: -2 damage resistance & dazed (for 1 turn)
Coldspell

The leader of the Ice Agents...well, the leader of this mission anyway, the sorceress is too focused on the presence of a magic signature to expect Devil Dog to come plummeting into the crowd, his billy club aimed at her head. The club only strikes a glancing blow as she instinctively reels away from it.
Toughness save. 1d20+6=25 http://roll.coyotecode.net/lookup.php?rollid=187179 Serious good luck for Coldspell. I believe that saves her from any damage.

DEVIL DOG
HP:3

Verdejo glared at Jax as he took the opportunity to attack Cold Spell, "Co-ordinated assault, remember, follow Rakshasa's lead!"

"I'm sorry I didn't bring my sunglasses, with all this Glare you radiate Vulcan. You wouldn't want to blind someone now would you?"
Devil Dog lands and eyes his surroundings to get a location of who is closest to him, so that he can plan his next move,

N'SeKt/Tobin Grimes
HP:1 Cnd: Fine

Even as the air shimmered and he was once again translocated, N'SeKt's chitin vibrated and clicked as portions of it shifted into large raking blades reminiscent of a Praying Mantis. At the same moment those razor sharp appendages were forming, a quartet of wings unfurled from beneath the chitin. Antennae quivering, N'SeKt let loose an odd chirping screech as he rocketed towards the only flying enemy, Freezerburn.
Fly at Freezerburn and take the fight to her. Mantic Scythe strike DC22: 1D20+7 = [11]+7 = 18

N'Sekt/Freezerburn-

The hybrid hero slashes into the villainess of ice and fire bringing a grunt of pain. Unfortunately this sort of "up close and personal" combat brings Tobin into contact with her elemental energy aura.
Toughness 1d20+8=21. So that's a -1 damage resistance. http://roll.coyotecode.net/lookup.php?rollid=187805
Striking her does subject Tobin to a DC20 aura (variable-ice/fire) that he'll need to save against.
After N'Sekt's save we got to the top of the initiative order...Rakshasa

Those who had their commlinks active heard a soft buzz, then Rose's high-pitched voice. "Hit her again, Devil Dog! Oh, wait a second- you'll know when..."

>OOC: Rose is trying to set up an Aid action- first choice is with Devil Dog against Coldspell, if he will delay until Rose's turn comes up. If he just wants to go, she will instead Aid either N'Sekt or Vulcan, when her turn comes up. Will post further IC when her turn comes around- she will Move back closer to the fight, and Aid with a ranged attack...

Rakshasa
aka Nameer
HP: 3 LP: 1
Condition: Normal (form)

Hoping to keep Icey Temps to stunned to start duplicating, Rakshasa quickly follows up his intial strike with another Tiger Paw strike ... fading into nothingness. Once invisible, he will maneuver to a point between the icy allies and the crowd.
