As much as I'd like to say I was waiting on you that would be a fib. I did spend my free afternoon with a friend dealing with ALS. Given his state of affairs, his positive attitude and demeanor is inspiring. He wants to get friends together for some gaming. Guy always has been a hell of a GM add this .... and yeah inspiring.

I had originally thought to use this time so we could test the characters combat abilities, but I'm thinking of using the Minion rule for the "standard" Badoon footsoldiers and moving to the next stage of the story. I'd like player input on this before I make my final decision and don't worry about the challenge level ... if its too easy I have other cards to turn over ;)

I am always in favor of what is best for the story. I'm not entirely clear if we're actually all in the same city or even same neighborhood or not if you had an idea to bring the heroes together or what, but like I said, it's all about what's best for the story.

I'll hold my action until we know if they are minions or not.

Consider yourself in very different locations even if within the same city. We haven't said specifically but I'm even picturing Hybrid on Long Island.

Only the pace of the campaign is going to be effected not the story itself. I wouldn't bother holding your actions for an announcement of whether they are minions are not. You'll only discover that through game play. ;)

Well team. Good news is as a whole ... The Initiative rolls have nowhere to go but up :D

So far I'm sensing a dangerous stalemate with the Madame. I need to get creative with Skarab and somehow nullify this Macabre mistress. :D hmmmm.

Using a HP for GM advice is a legit thing isn't it? Just a thought so far :oops:

I don't know about the rest of you but I'm finding this a good time to work out the kinks in how the characters are working. A few of you have some interesting build mechanics that I'm glad I'm getting an opportunity to test in your pilot episodes :)


I'm also surprised none of the six characters decided to try and check the cloaked ships first ... which admitted I wasn't leading you towards and not sure how i would have handled if you had :? Been ages since I had to prepare for player monkey wrenches, hopefully these pilot episodes will hone my knowledge of not only running combat but story twist also :twisted:

Hope you guys are having fun as much I am 8-)
