Sadly, I think that 19 is going to best my 15 stealth. Ah well, that's actually a good thing. Want me to go ahead and react accordingly?

Sorry for the wait on my part, just came off the first week of my new job and the weekend of my first car accident so I've had some stuff going down. I'm assuming ready actions work similarly to 3E and going right to bed, and if I'm wrong I'll apologize in the morning!
No worries. I kind of flaked out for a bit and I was worried we'd lost you. Good luck with the car accident aftermath.

Thank you for bearing with me. I can't think of much to add at the moment to the White Rabbit / Squire conversation until you decide you want to make more checks.

It's no trouble! And don't you worry, we shall get to the mysterious hatch soon enough.

Yeah, we'll get to the good stuff after a couple of introductory posts! No worries.

Not at all. I just always prefer to explain silence than to have people read into it. :-D Which kind of messes with the whole silence bit, I guess...

Man this is already super emotional. I'm wondering though if now would be the best time to wait for Jolt to make his own dramatic appearance, or should I contibue with trying to pry the hatch open?

I know how you feel, I want to open the damned thing up but it's also a great moment for Jolt to crash the party. We've also had a ton of back and forth posts so far, and I'm not sure how that's viewed in these parts.

I say we leave it in God's hands...Bootsy, what do you think?

I'm good either way. Worse comes to worse, you can start in on the hatch and then have the party crashed. It's got debris on it and is warped from the explosion.

Glad I could help. I remembered you saying that you and your mentor were new in town, and it made me think about what someone might assume when they find someone in dark clothing with a skull painted on their face in the morgue.

Side note, if anyone wants particular aspects of their mentor present in descriptions, let me know.

How about the aspect where they're alive and well? :D

How much will a pack of fum and five paperclips get me?

Aside note, I think I'll opt to wait for Jolt if that's okay.

Side note, Camus was on a Discord server with me for a prior game. I figure it isn't a bad thing to have one more way for people to reach each other. Invitation link

Right! I'll get a post in a bit later, seeing as Camus will be unable to post for a few days.
