No choice. Because it's me running things, expect a lot more from books and less comics and TV and movies. I like the concept, but have tried and failed to get PBP games running before.

The Empire has already attacked the Star Kingdom; they're very much on the naughty list, not the nice one, to the people putting this together.Flynnarrel wrote: ↑Thu Apr 19, 2018 5:24 pm The Empire from Star Wars would totally be on board to "to build an alliance of civilizations". The Emperor would be trying to stab everyone in the back later...

It has been six months since the event that would eventually be known as The Merge - that monumental moment when hundreds, if not thousands, of universes crashed together.
Millions of new planets, species and creatures suddenly found themselves displaced, stranded in a universe that had not known them before. Of course, in many cases, panic ruled as supply routes were shattered and warlike species met in unfamiliar terrain.
Only the size of the galaxy has so far prevented all-out warfare. But everyone knows that it will only be a matter of time....
Which is why, in a monumental effort, the remnants of several large governing organizations at home in the Milky Way, have agreed to come together and form an alliance.
As one of the largest space stations, the Citadel, center of the former Galactic Council, has been chosen as the meeting place for representatives from nearly all galactic civilizations. Skrull, Kree, Klingons, members of the Federation of Planets...the number of ships and governments they represent is truly staggering.
The station is bursting with life of all kinds as ship's crews mingle and the representatives prepare for the beginning of the Galactic Peace Summit.
Many opportunistic visitors and lawkeepers fill the station, seeking either fame and fortune or wanting to ensure that everything runs according to plan...
And the Borg are out there too, sans QueenNeo-Paladin;175852 wrote:And so, you make your way to the summit, whichis supposed to take place in the tower of the citadel, former home of the Galactic Council.
Of course, in order for the summit, to actually take place, some adjustments had to be made to the place. Whereas there were a few gardens and a larger chamber for meetings is now an amphitheater-like structure. Apparently, the upper levels of the tower had to be gutted to make room for this special chamber.
...A large, red-skinned and one-eyed being is talking to what seems like an equally muscular human with a truly spectacular mustache...
...A human man whose head is half encased in snaking implants and whose deep blue livery bears the sign of an upturned Omega symbol looks around, distinctly uncomfortable, every now and then glaring towards a group of nearly bald, blue-skinned aliens,
...An imposing man whose very smile lits up the room is chatting with a group of asari. He wears somewhat antiquated-looking armor.
...A group that stands apart seems to consist of humans in long, flowing robes, but they clearly seem to consider themselves superior to their surroundings (Kyra can actually identifiy President Rassilon among them)...
...A klingon involved in a heated discussion/argument with a skrull...
...A thing looking like a weird cross between a spider, a human and a lobster is apparently bent on devouring the contents of the buffet....
...A tall Twi'lek nearly tripping over himself as he hurries down the stairs, nearly bumping into the same bald man you have seen on the screen...
..
