As the light flares up, the spirit gives another teeth-rattling shriek as immaterial smoke wafts up from its form...it's hurt but not down yet...

Yeah that's right, Hannibal is attempting to demoralize a freaking Machine Wraith. He's a sick puppy.

"Everyone, hold your fire and cover Torque." It suddenly occurs to Hannibal that the Tech Priest they were looking to move in down here might actually like having the Wraith around. "I think I remember reading they believed in machine-spirits ... these two might be perfect for each other.

"Listen up you little creepy ethereal wanna-be, you ain't got what it takes to handle my boy here. Surprisingly, the Wraith pauses for a moment, looking confused...The fact that it is "wounded" might actually aid in the attempt to intimidate the creature...

There was one trying to make Torque it's robo-butt-monkey but that seemed to be hesitating and thrashed. Long will move to examine the turbine that the other dove in to looking for some way to safely stop it from doing... whatever it was. At the very least he can warn that others that it is doing... something.
What's happening with the turbine?

The Turbine is actively reorganizing itself, with parts ripping themselves off their hinges to reattach themselves to other parts...slowly building up a humanoid frame!

Long can do something about this.

"Guys, this one is Lego'ing itself a Megazoid." He warns. "Keep on that one, I'll try to slow this one down."

Nate was chancing that, mid-change it would be less able to dodge his attacks. The shell he'd had around Torque did nothing to protect him from the insubstantial wraith but this was a VERY tangible hunk of steel and parts. Both arms started whirling and he thrust the forward hoping to damage and wrap the thing.
Lashing Attack: 1D20+7 = [15]+7 = 22

Multiattack, DC22 Toughness
Only one of his arms connects but it tries to bind the creature tightly.
Grab: Free after unarmed attack (regular or Fan arms), DC19 [10+Dex+Elongation] Str or Dodge to resist. To Escape (move action), DC24 Athletics or Sleight of Hand

Long's arm wraps itself around the changing structure and for a moment, it almost seems as if he is able to halt its reassembly...but then, his arm almost snaps as the thing tears itself loose and begins to get up, now standing 9 feet tall and barely recognizable as what it was before...

The other spirit shrieks again and phases through a nearby wall...

With a groan of machinery grinding against itself, the humanoid scrapyard lashes out, a massive fist of steel and cabling barrelling down on Long!
If a 22 hits, DC 26 to resist...

Torque`s arms reform to his regular blasters and he lets loose, his guns configure to fire heavy slugs in an effort to rip the creature apart.

Attack: 1d20+5 15 DC 22 if that somehow hits. :? :|

Assuming the fist is bludgeoning my Second Chance comes in to play
Toughness: 1D20+7 = [15]+7 = 22; 1d20+7 = [11]+7 = 18
Best is 22 which is -1 Toughness

If Torque sees that Long is in the way or hears the direction before opening fire (which is likely), then change that attack to a laser blast against the wraith he targeted before.
