Long does, indeed, shoo. He starts texting as he walks to arrange all the legal aspects of the eventual raid including asset freezing, noting the time sensitivity of these requests.
It's interesting and different play members of actual law enforcement constrained by rules and regulations as opposed to vigilantes who'd just go and kick this guy's door down.

I thought about that first when we totally had the drop on bad guys in that plant warehouse, but... we couldn't shoot first without identifying ourselves and giving them a chance to surrender.
